My experience was fine. The only thing I have problems is getting in touch with someone. Calling 3-4 times leaving VM with no return call does not set well with me. This has happened more than once.

2015 Mercedes Benz Repair

Our car had to be repaired from a breakdown in Marksville, Feb. 9, After it was towed back to the Alexandria Dealership, it took over 5 months for the car to be repaired. I was not happy about it. The Inspection was not done, nor was it cleaned when they gave it back to us. I hope I never have to ever experience the heartache and pain I suffered waiting such a long time for my car to be repaired.

Oil Change service and Tire Rotation

Had a very nice experience at Walker BMW. Friendly staff, clean dealership, coffee and water available for customers. I learned that I could sign up for a 3 year oil change plan that was well priced and will save me money in the future. It took a little over 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, even with an appointment but that’s the only less positive part. They might be understaffed so I’ll give it another try. Overall though, very satisfied.

The service advisors greet you by name, extend wonderful hospitality, and are very courteous. They service only what I ask of them without hidden surprises.
