This was by far the best buying experience I have ever had! I kinda feel like I bought a vehicle thru texting. But I am a busy mom and don't have time to sit at a dealership for hours. These guys gave me a great deal and a great vehicle! I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants a "No Hassle" deal, go see these guys! Thanks again!

M&M Alexandria Ok, but not impressive

Following up on an internet inquiry re a Veracruz and Accent SE, I made an unscheduled visit to the dealer while I was in Alexandria on Black Friday. My internect sales contact was not in. I spoke briefly to the General Manager. We were looking primarily for a 2012 Accent SE Hatchback. The dealership only had the GS, which I knew going in, but they seemed friendly, but uninterested once they didn't have what I wanted in inventory. One of the salesment did escort me to the lot to open and let me sit in a couple of vehicles, but shortly left me to my own devices and I left the lot without being further addressed. I would recommend this dealership, only because it is the only Hyundai dealership in this rural part of Louisiana. A week later, we did buy an Accent SE from a dealership in Lafayette. In future, we will probably spend the extra hour or so driving to Lafayette for service and any future Hyudai purchase.

All Around Good Experience

On an unusually windy day, I decided to head out to M&M Dodge Hyundai to check out cars. The salesman (Dustin Schneider) was patient, HONEST and had the perfect blend of professionalism and humor. I test drove a Caliber (blegh) and a Hyundai Elantra. I cannot stress how honest the salesman was. We both told each other "how it was" and "how it was going to be". In short, a pleasant experience! I bought the Elantra the next day!
