Patrick Proffitt did an awesome job getting me into the car I was looking for....a low mileage, reliable used car. I purchased a 2013 Ford Escape SE, and from the time I walked through the doors until the time I walked out, I was treated with professionalism and respect. I bought a "Mid Row Joe" 2010 Tacoma from Jack Kain. Even with this not being a top tier vehicle, my Sales Consultant was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was very helpful on the test-drive and throughout the car buying process. The process was very quick too, when I got home my wife was surprised that I was home already. I would definitely plan on visiting Jack Kain against next time I need a car.

I recently bought a Escape from Jack Kain Ford, it was my first purchase from them but it won't be my last. The sales team there truly cared about finding me the perfect car for my needs, in a price range I could afford. Everyone at Jack Kain treats you like family, so friendly. No high pressure sales pitches , just honest , caring people who do their very best to help you find the perfect vehicle. I was a sales trainer for years and I understand maybe more than most customers the stress of sales and how easy it would be to lose track of the fact that your job as a sales person is to help your customer. The sales team at Jack Kain are the best at making their customers feel important, letting them know that what they want really does matter to the sales team. I have never had such a pleasant experience purchasing an auto, and I love my beautiful Escape. The Jack Kain family is just that, a family owned and operated business. The people at Jack Kain make you feel like part of the family from the minute you walk through the door. They should have a sign over the door that says Welcome Home because that's just how they make you feel. If you want a great vehicle that's dependable and at a fair price, I would recommend Jack Kain Ford 110%
