Satisfied customer Kyle was courteous and patient in helping us to find the car we wanted. Our first visit did not end in a successful purchase but Kyle's personality was such that after looking on line and at a few other dealerships, we decided to go back to Somerset to buy from him. He was not at all push but did keep in contact with us after our visit.

Don't like being pressured. Don't like being told what I should and shouldn't do. Don't like being talked down to. Toyota of Somerset honored my 'don't likes' and bent over backwards to turn my shopping experience into a purchasing one. Our sales consultant, Isaac, is truly a 'keeper'--patient, calm, and one of the nicest young men we've been privileged to meet in our senior years. I'm sure he's a reflection of the values of the dealership itself, and we feel blessed to begin a new relationship with this business. And love this new Corolla!!!

I purchased my first Toyota Camry nearly 12 years ago in Somerset. When it was time to replace my car, I went back to the same dealer because of the quality of care they provided during my first experience. Their service department took great care of my first vehicle anytime I needed assistance with it, so I figured going back to Somerset was the best choice for me. I was thankful that the same salesman was still working there! Working with Stacy D. eliminated a lot of the stress that typically goes on with car shopping. He did NOT make me feel pressured, and was very clear in explaining the financing with no hidden fees or agendas. He was helpful as I weighed the thoughts of purchasing a new car or certified used vehicle, and supported what I decided was best for me financially. He did NOT make me feel like he wanted me to buy the most expensive car so he could make more money, it was about what I needed. Toyota of Somerset has gained my trust. I will refer friends and family members to them without hesitation when they are in need of a new/used vehicle. Toyota's certified used program allows consumers to buy a used car with confidence that the dealer will continue to stand behind their product. This also influenced my decision to purchase another Toyota! In closing, all of the people I encountered while in the showroom, the business office, and out on the lot were friendly and helpful. My husband and I bought a new Toyota Sienna there for $600 less than we would have paid at another dealer -- with more options. But even more important than the price was the attitude: This is the first time in our (long) lives that the actual purchase part was pleasant rather than painful! Everybody was extremely kind -- WITH NO HIGH-PRESSURE! They all genuinely cared about us and worked hard to make sure we understood everything clearly about the car and the finances. They were honest and up-front about everything! The result was that it was quick, easy, and fun. We look forward to going there for our next car and would recommend Toyota of Somerset to everyone in the area -- even if they have to drive a ways. It is worth it!

We went to Toyota of Somerset needing a replacement minivan after our transmission went out on ours. We didn't have a large budget, but we told Stacy what we needed and what we could afford. He worked with us to give us some options that wouldn't break the bank and also get us in a van that we felt would be reliable for our family. After working with Stacy for a few days we purchased a Toyota minivan and we are very pleased with the decision.

When car shopping in Somerset, I experienced a few overbearing, pushing salesmen. Toyota of Somerset was NOTHING like the so-called competition. The atmosphere was very laid back - no one was trying to push a car sale down my throat or hover over me as I was trying to browse. The salesman I worked with - John R. - was very attentive to my requests and needs in a vehicle and even suggested a lease - something I knew nothing about. He was very patient, easy to talk to and easy to understand. He and Lloyd J. took the time to explain everything about leasing and ensured I understood before we moved forward. They were a pleasure to work with. I hope to work with them on my next lease and recommend them to anyone looking to buy or lease.

I purchased a 2005 toyota 4- runner from here and couldn't ask for a better dealership to assist me in my decision making.when we started calling around to gather information they were the only one out of four dealers to contact us back the sales person was professional and knew his vehicles.I called about another suv but after talking with me he said I should consider the 4-runner.When we got to the dealership the salesman was busy and the other sales staff stepped in and helped until my salesman was available.We felt very comfortable with the staff at toyota of somerset from the sales person to the guy that cleaned up our suv, everyone was so nice.

Purchased a used Solara convertible from these [violative content deleted] and did we get taken. Supposed to be a Certified Toyota and obviously this means nothing to the dealer. Buy anywhere else but here, unless you like hassles, frustration and dishonesty. We purchased the car after traveling to the dealer from out of state and we had thought we had done our homework. But the car was not as advertised. Had a hole in the roof that was unrepairable (NOT Toyota of Somerset problem according to the dealer) and the wheels were out of balance. I suppose for $22K a car does not have to have balanced tires (Lied to by salesboy vibration disappears once tires are warmed). We had to pay for the repair, guess that Certified Toyota tag really does mean nothing. Buyer beware. Now including the roof I have to have the windshield buffed out because the old wiper left on vehicle has marred the wind shield. The service department at this dealer must have other pressing matters to contend with like the free lunch. Here's their sales pitch "NOT Toyota of Somerset problem. Once we have your check." Take you biz any where else, JP
