Do Not Buy From Here!!

This dealership will not stand buy what they sell. They care nothing about customer service or satisfaction. Purchased a used vehicle with unknown issues at the time of sale. Because of this they would fix nothing as it was not agreed upon at time of sale. Sales manager actually said they would not sell a vehicle in that condition and that everything was my fault. Well they did sell a car like that!!! They have no integrity so buyer beware.

I went to this dealership to look at a specific vehicle that was listed on their website, yet we had to wait four hours (from 3-7 from start to finish). There seemed to be an extreme lack of communication between the staff, and also with their customers. I wanted to know the value of the car that I was trading in, before committing to purchase the new vehicle. The staff tried to push me into filling out a credit application, which I was not ready to do yet. After talking over the vehicle I was interested in, they didnt want to negotiate on the price of the truck. As I walked out the door, they stopped me and accepted my offer. While going over paperwork, I was brought the wrong papers for the car I was purchasing. I was sent back to the waiting room to sit for another hour, while they took back the correct customer. It began snowing while we were there, and they sent the employees home early, but it did not seem that they were concerned with our time/safety. Some time during my purchase, they took my truck to a lot behind the dealership. When we were leaving, I went to get my things out of my old vehicle, and it turns out the gate to the lot where my truck was had been locked, and they person with the keys to the lock had been sent home. I asked if they would bring my items to me, since it was stuck there by their error, not mine, but I was told that I needed to go to the dealership to pick up my belongings. I would not recommend using this dealership to purchase a vehicle, at least not if youre looking for a quick, simple purchase.

Duane and Travis were both great to work with! Phillip Bentley was exceptional. All three members were very informative and did the best they could to make sure I walked out with a new car!
