I live out of town so I contacted Toyota of Murray before I came in and when I arrived the 4 Runner I was interested in was ready and waiting. Amber was my sales agent and very informative and helpful but not in a pushy way. The entire experience was excellent and I will buy my next new Toyota from this dealership as well.

Recently purchased a 23 Highlander Platinum from Toyota of Murray, and the entire process was great. Not only was the car actually priced at MSRP, but there were no dealer addendums to drive the price up. Amber and Brock were both amazing to work with and it was so nice to get the exact vehicle we wanted without having to overpay.

Staff was professional and very kind, they were also accommodating with my 3 year old and made the process smooth and easy. They were informative and just very helpful in general. Just picked up my new truck that was a special build order.. My sales rep Ginger was easy to deal with and her boss Brock made it right for a couple of small items that were missed during the delivery process.. Great place to deal with and the transaction was easy from start to finish, will be going back for future vehicle purchases.. So far both vehicles bought have been great..

Our recent purchase of a new RAV4 was another example of excellent service, no nonsense, close the deal. I work nights and Russ understood my state of being extremely tired and all that entails. That being said, he did his best to make the buying experience as swift as possible. I went there knowing what I wanted, I got it and left. The financing officer was on vacation, but it only took two pretty quick trips to this dealership to get done what needed to be done to get me on the road. I would buy from these people again for sure.
