Louisville Infiniti gets a 5 STAR rating from the Runkels! We have purchased 20 vehicles in our lifetime and I can say without a doubt that our most recent purchase of an Infiniti QX30 at Louisville Infiniti has been by far the absolute best car buying experience that we have ever had. Our 2nd best was at another Infiniti dealer in Indiana. It must be something about Infiniti Dealerships! We worked closely with Natalie Parrish, Kristopher Clarkson and Victor Chavez. Natalie and Kristopher both provided us with a sincere appreciation for the Infiniti cars and put our mind at ease in knowing the car was worth the 120 mile one way trip to see. Once we arrived, the purchase process went seamlessly. Victor created a positive finance experience unlike any we have experienced. Normally, we are not ones to keep the dealer license plate ring on our cars, but this was such a positive experience that Iâm proud to have it on the car. Louisville Infinity just happened to have the vehicle I had been looking for. I contacted them online.... response time... less than one minute by Natalie Parrish! I bought the car. Everyone there Natalie in Internet Sales, Victor Chavez Business Manager, Kristopher Clarkson Used Car Manager, Cam Merideth Sales Manager, Steve Baer Parts and Service Director, Bill Bailey Service Consultant and other employees I spoke with far surpassed my expectations!! Louisville Infinity went above and beyond in so many ways to insure that I received the best customer service I have ever experienced at a car dealership. Outstanding Service - Used Vehicle

We were late getting to our appointment due to a wreck on the interstate and Kristopher made sure a sales rep stayed to work with us. Nick was a joy to work with! Kept us smiling and laughing through the process. Whole team worked hard and stayed late to see we had the best deal possible. In and out with purchase in two hours.

What a great buying experience we just had at Infiniti of Louisville. Sales staff was great, friendly and very helpful. We are already slotted in for a return trip to buy our next Infiniti. Awesome Dealership

This dealership is one to remember!!!! I have purchased from several dealerships in my life, but I must say this is the overall best experience I have ever had at a dealership! I have never owned an Infinity before or been around to many!!! Natalie, our sales associate, was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the product, also patient with us as we made our decision! We will be back, well worth the three hour drive we made to get there!

I worked with Maya Jannace for our new car purchase. Maya was amazing and she was knowledgeable about the car and wasn't overly aggressive like previous car buying experiences at other dealerships. She took her time with me and really made the whole experience quick and painless. I have decided to think about my new car purchase but when I do decided to take the plunge she is absolutely the sales-lady I will be going to. Thank you so much to Louisville Infiniti and Maya.
