2018 Nissan Maxima

Went to the dealership to drop my lease from 2016. I obtained a great vehicle with the help of Dave and the folks at the dealership. I have to say, this experience was a 1000% better than in 2016. Great job on regaining my confidence and a special thanks to Dave once again!

Sold unsafe car

Bought a 2010 Versa, was assured that it would be inspected and that they would not allow an unsafe vehicle to be sold. Noticed on the way home that the steering wheel shook while stopping. Took to my mechanic and was given a list of things wrong with it including breaks, rotors, control arms broken. The worse of all was that both front tires were close to falling off. Definitely not a safe vehicle to be on the road! 1500.00 later it will be. Don’t promise your service guys inspected every thing if they aren’t doing it. We could have easily been killed if the tires had broken off! Very displeased!!!

Worst - Unacceptable Attitude - "Eugune Lefever"

Worst - Unacceptable Attitude - Customer Dissatisfaction - "Eugune Lefever" (Sales and leasing consultant"Unprofessional") - Changes OTR Price after agreement I have faced today ( 08242018) one of the worst, unacceptable behaviour in the Jeff Wyler Nissan Showroom Branch located at 4136 Shelbyville Road, Louiseville, KY, 40207 due to the bad behaviour of their Sales and Leasing Consultant ( Eugune Lefever). He dont know how to behave with customers. Very unprofessional. Background : Day 1 : I have visited their website and reached them via phone since i have interested in Altima 2.5 S 2018 model at (08222018). I had nice reception from their representative named Eric. He guided me for Altima 2.5 S and also showed another model Altima SR Model. We had a discussion on the price Altima 2.5 S ( $17500 OTR Price) and Altima SR ( $21900 OTR Price). I was in the showroom from 06:00 PM - 10:00 PM. We had a mutual understanding and left the showroom on the final decision to choose between the 2 cars where i am interested. Day 2 : Eric has called me again on (08232014) and requested me again to visit their showroom again to finalize the OTR Price and decide the car among the 2 which i was interested. I have visited them again. He introduced the person named "Eugune Lefever" as thier Manager and requested to finalize the OTR Price for the models. We had discussion on OTR prices for both the cars and agreed on the OTR Price of Altima 2.5 S ( $17000 OTR) and Altima SR ($20500 OTR). After that we came to final agreement and proceed to apply finance on them and i requested for 0.00% finance for Altima SR ($20500 OTR) Price. Eugune Lefever agreed for ($20500 OTR) and he told us that he will confirm with his boss ( dont know whom ?) for the 0.00 finance. He told us to visit tomorrow and he will call us. Also told us not to attend any call from any other persons from their showroom ( dont know why). Day 3 : I was waiting to get confirmation on the 0.00 % finance for the Altima 2.5 SR with $20500 OTR Price. I received a call from Eugune Lefever around 2:00 PM and got really shocked. He informed me that he cant do any 0.00 % APR ( which is acceptable) but he changed the OTR Price ($20500) to (22800) with 12.9 % APR. I requested for an explanation for the change in the OTR Price which was agreed mutually. He disconnected the call and didnt attended the calls after that. I visited their branch to find out the confusion around 06:00 PM. Eugune Lefever was available on their office. After seeing us, he took us to the seperate room in their office and started shouting. I was really confused and shocked by his behaviour. When i was asking why there is a change in OTR Price which was agreed, he replied "I need to way to make money. Either take the car OTR with $22800 with 12.9% APR or leave the office". I demanded him to speak with his boss, he just walked away. It was very unprofessional, unacceptable behaviour. Even i requested to opt out for another car, he just walked away. Hence, I left their office with disappointment and request all other customers to be aware of this branch. Hopefully, respective officials from their branch will look into it and take necessary actions if possible ( just a request) Regards, Viswanathan.

Horrible Experience

We negotiated, and reached an agreement to buy a new 2016 Nissan Murano Platinum from Jeff Wyler Nissan, Louisville KY. The preliminary documents were all drawn up, and we were ready to go. Our credit score is quite high, and we were prepared to put 25% down in cash so we assumed all was a go. The General Sales Manager, Brent Mattingly was whom my husband had been dealing with and we assumed everything was as usual and customary in buying this vehicle. Once the negotiations were done, and paperwork drawn up, they indicated all we had to do now was wait for the unit to arrive from the manufacturer and it should be about a week. A week goes by but no vehicle, but we weren’t in a huge rush so it wasn’t a problem. The following week however, we get a call saying our vehicle was in so after work my husband stops by the dealership to finalize the deal. Unfortunately the unit they brought out had a different interior color than what we ordered. They said it was their mistake, made apologies, and there was another truck coming the next day, for sure our vehicle would be on that truck. Next day, no car, following day still no car so my husband calls and he feels like he’s starting to get the run around. On Saturday, March 12th, we stopped by the dealership because I had some questions of my own, but when we got there, Brent was extraordinarily rude, so much so it was shocking. He was so aggressive, and hostile honestly I was caught off guard, I really didn’t know what to think. It was a very strange and unusual experience. I have never been treated that way by a car salesman, ever. In the end, he said he didn’t know if or when our car would arrive and we could just call off the deal if that’s what we wanted. After the hostile treatment we just experienced we elected to do just that. We called off the deal. But once we left we had time to think, and we figured out what we believe really transpired. We believe because we negotiated such a good deal we were “bait and switched”. Our theory is they probably had another customer want the exact same vehicle as us, but perhaps they had not negotiated as good a price as we did, and so they sold them the car we ordered, but at a higher price and just kept telling us, our car wasn’t in yet. They hoped we would just take the one with the different interior color, but we didn’t. This is by far the worst auto transaction we have ever experienced. Jeff Wyler Nissan completely wasted our time.
