'05 landrover lr3 I'm in Indiana, about 40 miles from the dealership. Web site had only one picture of the vehicle I was interested in, but the salesman sent me a personal video of it. Very helpful. Salesman went with me on about a half hour test drive to make sure I liked the vehicle. They made me a very good cash deal, and I purchased it. Later I had a small issue with the out of state purchase, just a misunderstanding with state title and taxes but was cleared up very easy with the help of their friendly clerk. All in all, I am very happy with the transaction, I would buy again and recommend them. I would especially like to name ronnie my salesman and donna the clerk for their courtesy and help.

Hello all, I have just bought a new 2011 Hyundai Sonata from a great dealer in Louisville KY. They were the best team of people I have ever worked with. It started with the great salesman, Barry, what a great guy, had an answer for anything I could ask, very nice to me and my family. I needed to bring my little 3 year old with me and the hole time he was so patient with us, he treated us like we have known him for years, never pushy, or in a hurry to make the sell. Then when it came down to the numbers working with the sales manager Nick was yet another great experience. He did everything in his power to get us the best deal, taking more of his time to make calls personaly rather than waiting on a computer to get back to him. I can't say how much that ment to us for him to do that!! Then when we got that worked out, we were called into the finance office we met Stuart, another great guy. He had everything prepared for us and it only took a few minutes and we were ready to go enjoy our new car. I can't tell you how nice the entire staff were to me and my family from walking in the door until we walked out, I have bought many cars over the years and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Also after buying this great car Barry has called me a time or two just to check in on us and make sure everything is going great for us and asked if we needed anything from him. I have told everyone I know that if the ever need to get a new car to make sure to head up to Hyundai of Louisville were I personaly know the will be treated better than anyother car dealer out there. I can't say enough about how pleased me and our family are with them and would highly recomend them to anyone. Thanks so much to everyone involved in our buying this car, we love it and thank you again, and YES we will see you again when it is time for us to get another Hyundai.

I was there twice. Cheating and bullying me, very bad experience I would spent some more money in other dealers and never go back to this dealer
