Awesome Experience

Awesome Experience I recently visited James Motor Company and was in need of purchasing a new car. One misconception with James Motor Company is that they only sell Mercedes. I was pleasantly surprised by the other brands of used cars they had. As soon as I walked through the front doors for the first time, I was greeted by several employees and was offered free coffee and pastries. I was fortunate to be greeted by Tony Brusate. He answered all the questions I had and gave me some very helpful feedback. He pointed me in the direction of a Honda Accord. Like most salesmen, he praised all the positives of the vehicle, but unlike nearly 99% of them, he also mentioned the negatives as well. Tony was very personable and extremely helpful. After test driving and sealing the deal, I was sent to one of the nicest Finance employees; Jessica W. She was very helpful and made the least exciting part of buying a car very painless. I highly recommend seeking out James Motors Company for your automobile needs and enjoy all the perks of being a customer. Each Saturday they will hand-wash your car while you help yourself to: coffee, expresso, hot chocolate, doughnuts, or muffins. You won't find a friendlier place than James Motors.

James Motor Company is an excellent and very professional dealership. Greg D is a very knowledgeable and extremely personable salesperson who does not pressure you nor talk to you like a typical automotive salesperson. He truly desires to help you with your purchase and does so in a caring and low keyed manner. I would highly recommend this dealership and Greg D! I walked into the dealership the other day looking for a new vehicle, Greg D first greeted me at the door, he was very outgoing and willing to help at a moments notice. I visited James Motor Company in Lexington, Ky with my granddaughter. Greg D greeted us. I was looking for an used car for her as a surprise. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the different vehicles we looked at. My granddaughter fell in love with one of them. He went over all the details of the car with her, which I appreciated greatly. She also enjoyed the experience of first car purchase. Thank you Greg. This is the second car I have leased through David. He always listens. He tries to find the best combination of packages to fit your needs and then comes through with a great deal. You hope the salesperson at least equals the level of car you are purchasing. David exceeds it.

Tony Brusate is awesome

This is the 3rd car I have bought or leased from Tony, and I don't want to ever get another car without him. He makes everybody feel like you are visiting a good friend when you come in to trade cars. My wife HATES car sales people, yet enjoys Tony. He know what he is doing, answers your questions and even sets up your bluetooth with the car. What more could you ask for?? And oh, he will make you feel just as important anytime you come on the lot, even if he knows you won't be buying anytime soon.

I had stopped at James Motors looking for a used vehicle for my son. Greg Donahoe greeted me and told him I was just looking. He showed me a few cars in my price range. Greg was patient and trully willing to help me in this process. I brought my son back to check out some of the vechicles. We purchased one! Wonderful!

It's been a few months since my purchase and I just had to say that I still LOVE my new(ish) Mercedes Benz ML. We'd found this SUV online and about three hours away from us, and I'm always suspicious of deals that sound "too good to be true," but this vehicle really is! It's a beauty and the price was fair (I dare say we stole it!). I'd buy another vehicle from Tony and Eddie in a heartbeat. They went out of their way to make us feel "at home."

Great Sales Rep!

Tony Brusate was very attentive to my needs and what I wanted in a car. He went over every nuance of the vehicle, let me test drive several cars on various days, and allowed me to think things over. He did not drive the car off the lot and then let me get in the driver's seat some miles down the road as most dealership do ~~ rather, he let me drive the car off the lot to test drive it. Tony is a very diligent salesperson who does not "hard sell" a vehicle, but rather listens to what the customer wants.

The folks at James Motor Company made the experience of buying my first Mercedes a great one. I was provided "World Class" Service. Jeff Watson, who greeted me when I arrived, was friendly and knowledgeable - not pushy or pretentious. Jeff was interested in me and the car best suited to my needs. He was professional and courteous - he also knew his product line. Jeff made the experience of buying from their dealership very enjoyable. I know I will be a loyal customer for years to come.

My husband & I were looking for a certain sporty car C230 and found it online at James Motor Co. We set up an appointment and met with Tony Brusate who really made our time worthwhile. Great Experience-Tony Brusate is the best!!

I usually trade cars about every two years.....so I have been to a lot of car lots in my life. Never before have I had such a great experience. While James is a great dealership, I think what really made it exceptional for me was working with Tony Brusate again. He sold me a BMW several years ago, and I made it a point to remember his name. You should too. When I decided to lease a new Mercedes-Benz, I gave him a call. I couldn't believe he remembered me! I immediately came down to see the C-Class. He really knew his product and answered all my questions. He is a good listener and knows how to take care of people. He made me feel like I was the only customer there and was buying a top of the line Mercedes, rather than just leasing the cheapest new car on the lot. Tony followed up with me after the sale to make sure everything was prefect. One thing James offers is a free car wash on Saturdays. For my first one, I didn't know where to park, or how the process worked, so I went looking for Tony. He graciously walked me through it all and even bought my son a shirt in the gift shop. If you want a high end used car or a new M-B, give Tony a call or e-mail.......you won't regret it!!

Awful Customer Treatment

I am writing in regards to a bad experience at James Motor Company. On April 10th 2010 I went to the dealership at 11:30AM and within an hour I had picked out a car and agreed to an on-the-road price of $40,000 for a 2010 C-300. This deal included $1000 trade in value for my used car and a $1500 incentive sponsored by my bank, USAA. At 4:30pm, after I had been there 5 hours a manager walks in, does not introduce himself and says that he wants a copy of my USAA member card. I told him I did not have the membership card but that I have an USAA insurance card, military ID, the signed incentive paperwork and he could also call my bank. He refuses to honor the incentive without the ID card even though the paperwork says it is not necessary. He also says he wants me to write a $1000 check in case they cannot obtain a title to my used car. The man was extremely rude and hateful, and I will never do business with this dealership again.
