The saleswoman was a sweet as can be! It was the little Financial Lady that made this experience absolutely horrible! It's definitely NOT like what you read on their website. She was trying to flip thru the paperwork fast while we tried to ask what we are signing on each page. Every time we had a question she would act as though she were irritated that we were even asking questions. 'Like we do this all the time so just sign'. At one point she said "Well we closed at 5 so I can print some information for you if you want". This was on a Saturday. They stay open til the customers are taken care of. We should've left right away, but we really wanted this car. She couldn't even explain, or just didn't want to explain, why the Annual Percentage Rate was higher then the quoted rate. Not only did we have bad customer service from the Financial Lady, but she through in an extra hidden charge. See, on The Truth and Lending Disclosure page it doesn't show the actual price you're paying for the car. It shows the total including the tax. Which I think is why we didn't notice the bumped up price. I looked at the paperwork again when we got home and found a $250 charge for ETCH (window sketching), which we didn't purchase and wasn't even on the car. I would never ever recommend doing business with this place.

I've bought several cars in my lifetime, but this last time was the first time I did it on my own. My dad was there to hold my hand and make sure I didn't get ripped off. He said it was about time I took care of it myself! Well, Select Suzuki helped to make this an enjoyable and easy experience. It is a family owned and run business, and their service department is tops! Did I mention that I absolutely LOVE my new car! You owe it to yourself to talk to the people at Select before you buy a car anywhere else!
