CERTIFIED WRECKED CAR!!!

We recently purchased a 2016 Toyota Camry from Kerry Toyota. I also purchased the extended warranty from Kerry. Before we made our first car payment, the front end started making a popping noise when you turned the wheel. We took our car to Kerry to figure out the problem. They came back and said the body of the car was flexing and that caused the popping. The more the car is driven, the louder the pop. We are in the process of getting a 2nd opinion. Don't believe the lies Kerry tells you. They are about the money, not the customer satisfaction. This is the first and last time I buy a vehicle from them! I just had Kerry Toyota service department look at my car for the 2nd time. They found the problem then they told my wife the car has been wrecked and that was causing the noise. My wife told them that we bought the car like this. So basically Kerry Toyota sold us a CERTIFIED WRECKED VEHICLE!!!! I've contacted your Sales Manager and he is doing absolutely nothing about it. Remember, customer keep your business running! I'm taking legal action because this whole deal was a fraud!!!

Kerry Toyota did it again! We purchased our 2nd Sienna mini van from Dewey and the gang and had an excellent experience... Again! Dewey was super knowledgeable, very down to earth, and I appreciate how thorough he is in explaining options and details. Another thing I love about Kerry is they never make you feel rushed... But valued and appreciated. We went in on a Sunday afternoon and the whole crew stuck around after hours to complete the financing, detail and gas it up, and go through all the set-up with us before we drove away! We ❤️ Kerry Toyota!

Quick and painless

My wife and i went in on a Early Saturday afternoon to look at the Toyota Highlander. We test drove the Highlander and liked it but wanted more bells and whistles than the base model afforded. We were trading in a 14 Jeep Cherokee (thank the Lord its gone) so i knew we would be eating some negative equity. We ended up getting a fully loaded RAV 4. I had true value / USAA pricing on my phone and this saved us about 5% off invoice. The deal was smooth and painless no back and forth BS.... The wife loves the RAV4 which is basically just a smaller Highlander. I have since also purchased from them a 2015 Toyota Tacoma. We do all of our service at Kerry Toyota also. I was always very afraid to goto Toyota because ive heard the financing was hard to obtain. Thats far from it they are VERY leniant and the interest rates are LOW. Our salesman on the RAV4 Corey Bisang was a pleasure to deal with and he showed us every feature of the RAV4 that we wanted. He even checks in from time to time to make sure everything is still going good. THANKS!

Excellent buying experience

I went into Kerry Toyota looking to trade in my used car and get something newer with less issues to deal with. I worked with John Sandlin at the dealership and he did an excellent job answering all of my questions I felt very comfortable with the trade-in and purchase process even though I've had some credit issues in the past. I left with a 2008 Ford Escape that is like brand new, with low miles and in excellent condition! After a few weeks of driving it the car is still excellent and I was very happy with the purchase as well as the service provided. I would recommend this dealer to anyone and will continue to use them in the future!

After my Jeep was totaled, I was under so much stress to make a quick decision on a new vehicle. I was really torn between a car at Kerry Mazda and a new Toyota matching my rental car. ( Jon was amazing!!! He made it really hard to walk away without that Mazda3! ) But then I went to Kerry Toyota and fell in love with a red Corolla S Plus. Mike Fayson was so knowledgeable and patient. He made the entire process simple. I never felt pressured or rushed. He explained all of the benefits Kerry Toyota offers their customers and the best part was he did never said anything negative about Mazda to get me to buy a Toyota. He just sold me on the car, the company and the customer service. If it had not been for Mike, I would be driving a vehicle that really wasn't the right fit for my family. I love my new Corolla! My husband and I have been looking for an SUV/Crossover since December of 2014. We came into Toyota Kerry and met with Tony Porchia. Our experience with Tony was fantastic, he was pleasant, not pushy and went above and beyond for us in the process of purchasing a 2010 Dodge Journey. We were both getting frustrated as we went from dealer to dealer and dealing with sales people that were on our heals constantly. Bottom line, our purchase was relaxed, pleasant, quick and was an awesome experience. We have recommended that our daughters boy friend go talk to Tony Porchia to purchase a vehicle. I had a great experience with Kerry Toyota during my recent car purchase. Out of the seemingly endless number of car dealerships I searched in the Northern Ky. and Cincinnati areas, they were the only dealership that actively searched for the car that fit my needs (not the car that fit their profit needs). Although my final choice was a little out of my price range, they put my needs as a customer first and made me a deal that met my budget needs. Steve Eldridge, my personal salesman, was very knowledgeable and helped me with the purchase process. He was personable and not overbearing throughout. In addition, even after agreeing on a purchase price (which they honored) they would not allow the deal to be completed until the car underwent their sale-worthy inspection process. Just a minor detail that spoke volumes about their commitment to a quality product. It was a very pleasant experience.

I am a returning customer to this specific dealership, and as long as I am driving a Toyota this is the dealership that will get my business! I had an idea of the car I wanted going in, but they did not have the exact car I wanted on the lot. They found it within a couple days and had it ready for me within an hour of the car arriving at the dealership! Once I arrived to pick up the car all my paperwork was ready! Jacob Jackson had everything ready to go! I was only in his office a few minutes and he had me on my way. My favorite sales guy Mike Fayson made the decision process so easy when it came to picking out my car. He helped me with picking out everything that made my new Rav 4 the best car I have ever purchased! He was actually supposed to be leaving for the day and sat with me in my car and showed me how to work everything for over a half hour! Thanks again guys!
