Be careful

I got a decent car--however, I also had to pay $199 for something called "silent guard", a theft deterrent which I didn't ask for or want--I was told it was an anti-theft device, but apparently, it's just an etching. The processing fee of $349 was way too expensive. The hidden extras are ridiculous, and aren't disclosed until right before signing. I would not buy a car from this place again.

Very ethical honest and straightforward dealership

Haven't bought a new car in about seven years and have been buying Saturn's since the ninities a friend recommended Kerry Nissan met our sales person Brent Adams at noon on Sat gave him our financing highly and 3 hours later we were driving off in a low mileage certified Sandra at the very bottom of our parameters! No pressure pleasant experience Brent was patient answering my wife's questions highly recommend Brent adams and Kerry Nissan

Beware of false info and pressure to buy service contracts

5 different people at dealership said they can't give out previous owner info when we asked Said it was not the jaw in KY. But it is. They would not even call previous owner For permission etc They wouldn't give car fax The sales person-MT- wouldn't return my calls Manager mr ME. Wouldn't give me info after he said he would try call seller Manager called. Me after I reported to state but still wouldn't call owner after our talk. He ADMITTED sales/ service /and other manager lied to me about calling previous buyer. But he did nothing STAY AWAY. See a car you like? Go another dealer and get them to get it for you

No Kerry - ever again

I just leased my 6th Kerry Vehicle. Never again. All the other Kerry reviews about great car, good price are true, especially about the poor finance department. I'm on my 3rd month with this lease and it's still not right and still I'm being lied to and still being the one who has to research and make phone calls. Absolutely intolerable. And the 3rd finance manager in 3 months just told me that it's my issue and left me hanging although he sent me some documents that I can send to the leasing company. What?!? I work for them? NOT!! My advice is beat them up for the very best price you can get then take that offer somewhere else. There is no professionalism, no honesty and certainly no customer loyalty!

TERRRIBLEE!

Okay where to start! I bought a used car from them in Dec. 2011. Marcus informed me it was the cheapest they had...it was 10,000. I'm young and did not have any other bills so I decided to get it, because I really do love Scions. Says it’s ready to go, breaks, rotors just changed and everything!! GOT IT! Yay! , so I thought. AS I was pulling off with my NEW CAR, the low tire pressure comes on... REALLY?? I have a paper saying they THOROUGHLY INSPECT EACH CAR FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. BULLLLLLLL! But I got air and let it go... Within two weeks I notice one of the fog lights and park lights were OUT, no big deal right? Another week passes, and my OIL CHANGE light is on.... SERIOUSLY! Being 18 already made my insurance crazy so I could not afford it straight away, so I knew I’d have to wait a little to change it. A friend looks at my new car and tells me the rotors have not been touched, WTF!! Driving in the rain, ramp onto highway going not even 30 MPH, I do a 360 spin and almost go head first into the guard rail, thankfully I know how to drive, I save myself. I had heard Scion Tc's were bad in the rain so I let it go, thinking I needed to be more careful. Next week or two and I go to their Oil Change service. I mention the lights and they can't do anything, which I suspected, mention the rotors, can’t do ANYTHING! Oil changed, I get my report, and it says my tires are in the RED ZONE!!! This means they have basically ZERO TREAD! All 4 of them. I was LIVID! The head mechanic wasn’t surprised, and he said, and I quote!!! THEY SHOULD HAVE HAD ALL OF THIS INSPECTED, THAT’S EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!! And technically they should have, he was very sweet, told me tires would cost like 700-800 dollars, but not to purchase them there. (MORE EXPENSIVE!) I decide to go and talk to a manager; he said they do as little as possible to used cars to keep prices down, which I guess is understandable, but really?? I still have the paper saying they inspect every inch top to bottom... Sooo what?? They knew it was riding on tires like that and sold it without even mentioning it; I could have DIED, all for them to save some money! This was my FIRST car buying experience, I’m deeply unimpressed. I will NEVER come here again. I'm still riding on these tires, it’s my daily car to work, and with a 500 a month total for the car and insurance. I don't have 700 bucks to throw away! I will copy and paste this into EVERY SINGLE REVIEW I can find for this place, just to save someone else from what I’ve been through. DON'T BUY A CAR FROM KERRY HYUNDAI!

The staff at Kerry Nissan were pleasant to work with and made me a great deal on a car. There was no pressure to buy greater than the average car dealership. I would absolutely recommend stopping by and seeing what they have to offer.

Do not go to Kerry Nissan

Very High Pressure sales situations. We knew exactly which car we were buying and they still kept us there for three hours trying to sell us everything they could. They even tried to get us to put less down, so they could get a larger loan. The finance department was rude and condescending despite the fact that they made several mistakes which we are still trying to rectify.
