Jenn O'Brian, Internet Sales, and Kinny Landrum, New Car Sales Manager, went out of their way to help us buy a 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid, Limited. My husband and I are serious researchers and Googlers. We determined the car we wanted and I began contacting Dealers. I was getting discouraged, because while the response was good, not a single Dealer really seemed to want to sell a car or offer the opportunity to negotiate a new car purchase. I posted on Edmund's Auto site, the packages and things we wanted in a new car. Kinny, apparently, saw my request and actually procured the exact car I wanted! He had it driven to his Dealership overnight! He called to invite us to take a look, and without a pushy sales attitude. We ran over to Bowling Green on a Saturday, which is about an hour and 15 minutes. I had a Hair Salon appointment, so we didn't have a lot of time to talk about cars. Jenn rode with us as we test drove the RAV4. It was exactly what we had been looking for. We offered our best price, and Jenn & Kinny countered with an offer that was totally reasonable and sweet! The Financing Department Specialist, Eric Carr, made the paperwork a breeze! I did miss my appointment, but we left Toyota of Bowling Green, totally 100% happy with our purchase. Jenn has since followed up, answered questions because there were so many free things, we couldn't remember them in the excitement! A few days after our purchase, I was able to go get my hair done. My stylist, Sandy, at Headliners Beauty Salon, Elizabethtown, totally understood about our car choice : ). She owns a RAV4, 2012, with 136,000 miles on it! Sandy said our purchase was well worth it, and she will get another one when she is ready. She has never had a lick of troubles, and loved all the new features the Limited has! We highly recommend Toyota of Bowling Green because Kinny, Jenn, and Eric, are there to work with you, negotiate, and meet your needs in order to buy the car you truly are wanting! 🥰

This is the 2nd Toyota I have bought here from Robert Day in the last couple of years. While it did take some work by Kenny Landrum, Justin Story and others, they did get it done. I had shopped around at other dealers looking for a great deal on a 4Runner and ended up back at home in Bowling Green. They were able to find the model/color I wanted at a great lease deal and a good trade on my Tacoma. I have owned several Toyota's and it was good to keep my money local. We have leased from Bowling Green Toyota for a total of 5 years. We were so pleased with the service and the notifications regarding service we decided to purchase from Bowling Green Toyota. We purchased a Tacoma that will take us into retirement. We were looking for a 2020 Tacoma and not having much luck finding one. We got on Bowling Green Toyota's website and typed in what we were looking for. Within hours of doing the search we got a response from Jenn O'Brien saying she would find us one and get back with us. Between the teamwork of Jenn and Courtney Miller they found exactly what we were looking for and we couldn't be more pleased. We first got in touch with Jenn O’Brien but she was out of town and referred us to Courtney. My husband wanted to trade in his truck and we like the C-HR. We love this vehicle. It is like a small SUV. Very roomy in the front and great for two people. He loved the gas mileage he is getting and is very happy!
