We purchased our new Jaguar F-Pace from Darek Parris at Walser Automotive in Wichita. From the moment we walked in the door Derek answered every question we had and made us feel at home. He explained Walser's philosophy for sales and customer service, along with Jaguar's commitment to excellence. Their no pressure sales was a pleasant surprise and a deciding factor when purchasing from them. Since our purchase, he has checked in several times and always responds to any calls or messages very quickly!

Upon looking at purchasing a new car I understood that there is a common theme with most car dealers. That theme being that they sucked. However, when first getting in contact with Walser I was pleasantly surprised with how personable the sales team was and that they were actively interested in getting me the best deal possible throughout my buying decision. Derek Parris helped me through the process from start to finish and made everything go smoothly. I did not once feel as if I was being pushed to buy nor did I feel guilty being too needy and or picky. I highly recommend Walser and especially Derek.
