Consistently great service

Briggs service is always top notch. The service managers are always courteous and very easy to talk with. They are very patient and answer any questions or concerns. The service is taken care of quickly. I appreciate the wash, vehicle returns nice and clean. The waiting area is comfortable and there are snacks, coffee and water. I like seeing other customers dogs in the waiting area too.

Interior change on vehicle

Had original cloth seats taken out and put in leather seats. Got to choose what color I wanted and the company who did it did great! Then Briggs gave me a loaner while it was being done cleaned my car and gas. Great job!

Love my Subaru

The staff are always great--telling me exactly what is going on. Love the car, love the staff at the dealership. I bought my new outback specifically because I appreciated the service dept when Mike ran it. So far the new manager seems good as well.

Mike Farmer, my sales rep, was very low key none pressure. Made the experience much more enjoyable than the first time I bought a car at Briggs in 2014.

Extra Attention

I loved the fact the service manager, Dave, researched for me why the "Welcome" sign was turning off. At the end of my visit, he could tell me that once you have entered or opened the door, the sign will turn off and will not turn back on for over and hour after that. I did appreciate the extra effort. Thank you do much. I have always had extra special attention at Briggs.

Honesty

I bought a used Subaru from a local Chevrolet dealer. I also bought the service warranty, and after only the first trip there found out they were crooked. They tried to do work that wasn't needed just about every time I went there. Then once, when they were trying to do something they said was needed, they "discovered" that only a Subaru service dept would have the tools to perform that job, which they had quoted as costing over $500. Took it to Briggs Subaru, and after looking into it, told me there was no problem and charged me nothing. I have more examples but not going to go into them here. Believe me, they are honest and fairly priced!

Not impressed, classic sales techniques

Bought a used car. Ready to buy that specific car when I walked in, ended up taking all day. Waiting and waiting for no particular reason. We actually left to go get lunch and work on the house. Felt pressured (when I already wanted to buy the car!) I would never return to Briggs to buy a car.
