"What do we need to do to earn your business?"

onWanting a Subaru, I really tried to give my business to this smaller Subaru dealership. I felt I would prefer to give my money to them rather than to a larger chain dealership in the area. "What do I have to do to earn your business", Bonnie asked. Well, to start, it would be great to actually follow up with interested buyers when you say you will. Instead, I made 3 requests for information that were ignored. I know car dealerships have a reputation for being pushy or constantly trying to sell, but it is important to know that buying a car is a huge financial decision for people and that Money Subaru reps might want to employ more patience when working with interested buyers. Ultimately, I had to give up because of the lack of response and general courtesy. I hope others have better experiences, just don't expect sincere customer service.
