Great buying experience

Everybody we worked with was very friendly and professional. We were able to negotiate a car sale easily in one evening. There were negotiations but no high-pressure sales. My wife and I are very happy with how the Kranz dealership took care of us.

The hard work done for me was unmatched. However, I was told that I had a vehicle and then 3 or 4 days later I was told it was sold to someone else. Then once we finally got a vehicle which was brand new, we were told we were going to have to bring it back in a couple of weeks because it had problems. We drove it about 25 miles and the check engine light came on and it started running bad. We had it towed and had to wait over a week before we got it back. Then when we got it back we drove it 45 miles and the same thing happened again. This time we had to wait even longer to get it back. While all of this was happening I kept getting emails from the salesman asking me how I was enjoying my new Durango. It was a bit frustrating getting all these emails when I didn't even have the vehicle. It took almost a month to finally get our new vehicle and then when we picked it up Kranz dealership had put on almost 200 miles and didn't even fill it up with gas. I know that would not be standard procedure to fill it with gas, but with the unheard of circumstances that we have been through you would think they would have bent over backwards for us. I was not impressed.

I bought a Ram 1500 and Julie, Mike and Tony were great. I was out of state and I put a deposit down on the truck, Tony picked me up at the airport and all papers signed and had the new truck on the road in less than an hour. Everyone at the dealer was great.
