2023 Chevy Trailblazer RS New Purchase

I came to the dealer late in the day on Saturday not really sure what I was looking for. I have always owned full sized vehicles from Duramax to several Tahoe's through out the years. I usually owned a car to drive my commute to the office and back home everyday but just recently sold my Malibu due to it setting so low to the ground I was tired of always feeling like I was crawling in and out of it. I came to the dealership in my Tahoe to look for an upgrade and met a wonderful sales girl named Lydia Cady. She introduced me to the new Chevy trailblazer RS. She had several on the lot to look at but we focused on 2 white ones, a brand new 2023 and 2024. Lydia was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about both years. I was very happy and surprised that every question I had on both years she was able to answer my questions right away. I had my doubts on down sizing to a small SUV when I was so used to always driving a large SUV or truck. Lydia brought many good points to my dilemma and was able to make me feel very comfortable with down sizing to a small SUV. I test drove both years and Lydia road along with me and I was thankful that she did as she was able to answer all my questions on both models during our drive and she pointed out several things that helped me feel like the 2023 model fit me and my commute the best. Lydia showed me a few other models of Chevy vehicles on the lot and also interduce me to a new brand I have never owned before. In the end Lydia helped me to make the decision to buy the 2023 Chevy Trailblazer RS. I felt bad as by this time it was already 6 pm closing time and she did not mind staying late along with her team to get me a good rated loan with GM Finical and all the paperwork done and me in my new vehicle before they went home! Lydia even went the extra mile and got my new car all washed up and filled full of gas for me. I can't say enough good things about the sales girl Lydia Cady she just did an amazing job of making me feel comfortable through out the whole process of buying a new SUV and never made me feel pushed or forced into making a deal. I would definitely recommend going and seeing Lydia today if you are looking to buy something new.

I get a very good work every time I take my cars into have the oil changed . They let me know if I have a problem then how much it will cost to take care of it

Pleasant experience

I always enjoy going there to have routine work done on the truck. The people are always friendly and not overbearing. The facility is always clean and provides a comfortable place to relax while waiting for work to be done. The work is always done in what seems like a short amount of time, but then maybe the atmosphere is so relaxing you don't notice the time. Ryan who sold us the truck always remembers us and if he's there makes it a point to say hello and ask us how things going.

We where very pleased with Rick he answered all are questions we had and he worked hard to get us the right price for the Van we wanted ,he also helped us find a insurance agent for the Van . Murdock should be proud to have such a great saleman .I would recomend this dealership to anyone that wants to get a good deal and be treated good and not like a nobody .Yours truly Barney & Deborah Westphal

Bad service and poor service reps

Well I went and had the 120k service done on the stealth today. When I went in I asked to see the car before I pay for it, and the service rep said , why, you can't see anything anyways? I told them I just want to check and he said OOOKay with an attitude. They finished the work and drove it out of the shop and it was knocking. So I told them to shut the car off. They test drove the car around 3 quarts low on oil. I know when I droped it off to them it wasn't low at all. So I asked the guy for a couple quarts of oil, he said NO. I asked him why he said that they didn't do anything that would leak oil. He told me to go to the service desk and that I could buy some oil, then turned around and said, oh wait, they're closed now. So I laughed at him and drove over to walmart (not in the stealth) and bought 5 quarts of mobil 1 and came back and added it to the car. Started it up and it still has the knock. I went to the service rep and he told me that they couldn't do anything because they didn't do anything wrong. When my wife asked him if they could look at it, he said oh tomorrow we might be able to check it over. When I asked to talk to his manger he some how LEFT for the day. So on my only day off I STILL don't have my car. It is just sitting at the [violative content deleted] that messed it up. So I might not have the stealth for a couple weeks. I just want to scream!!!!!!!!!!!!! Update May20th The service manger pretty much told me the same thing as the Rep told me. Then called over the mechanic who worked on the car and began calling me a liar and insulting me to my face. He keeps trying to go back and show me the parts that he pulled of my car saying that they didn't do anything to it. I took it to the dodge dealer and they said that if they drove it 3 quarts low and could have collapsed lifter. This is because they drove it without checking all the fluids first. I believe that the service that I received for my car is completely unprofessional, and that I was treated like a two year old. I may be younger than some other clients they receive, but I know how to work on these types of cars, and I offered a solution to the problem. The service rep was rude, and when I was upset he offered only a solution that would not help the situation ( you can buy oil from us, oh wait we're closed, sorry) I can honestly say that we would never use this dealership again, and I will be tellign all of my friends to not use this [violative content deleted]. I am not even sure that they replaced all of the parts that I was charged for. I had 3 belts replaced, but one of them has gooves on it and you cannot see the lettering on it, whereas the new belt next to it actually looks new.
