My delima with the purchase of a Hyundai Tuscan was I wanted only leather seats and I needed a car that day or the next as my car had finally died beyond what I wanted to pay. When I inquired about the vehicle that fit my needs, the big question of, "does it have leather seats" came with the response of, "no, but that's not a problem because we can put leather seats in it" by Daniel. In all my years of buying new cars, I've never had a sales rep offer me such a simple answer to what I've always wanted, but could not always get in the car color exterior and interior I wanted, without every stinking accessory available I had to buy just to get my leather seats. Genius! I call that really listening to the customer and giving them what they only wanted instead of pushing them into a model and price they didn't want just to get one accessory.

Both Josh and Jordan were extremely professional, personable, and knowledgeable. They were straightforward but they had a sense of humor as well. Couldn't think of two other people I would rather go through a car buying experience with. The value was there in both vehicles that we purchased, and Josh conducted the transactions with very efficiently! One rarely says that my car buying experience was fun, but in this case it's as close as you can get!

I am a college girl who went to what I thought was a reputable dealership. I drove one car then was sold another. classic bait and switch, from what I found out later. I even bought the certified vehicle garantee. The darn thing has hail damage. Dealership refused to do anything. I know it is buyer beware but what the heck! I called Corporate also and got teh bla bla bla nothing we can do. The car is great but do not buy at this dealership as they are the worst of the worst.

Fair, efficient, painless, and professional

I sent a query out to multiple manufacturers as a means to find the right car for my wife. This followed weeks of research and recon. She narrowed it down to 2 vehicles. The vehicles were quite different but served our needs. Our sales representative was knowledgeable and friendly throughout the process. The test drive was what sealed it for my wife. The organization honored the price and the sales manager guided us through the final steps. I want the readers to note that the process was done without pressure or discomfort. That type of approach should have been abandoned by the automotive world decades ago. Not an issue here since the staff understands the contemporary buyer. They embrace buyers knowledge and truly want to find a car that the customer is passionate about. My hats off to all of the staff at Laird Noller for their integrity. My wife asked me if I enjoyed the experience and I asked why? She said that she observed me smiling throughout process. What makes this unusual is that I am a "type A" personality. I wish I could say that all of my buying experiences were as pleasant as this one.
