Bought a jeep was told to go buy windshield wiper blades and would get reimbursed (didn't happen) Fuel on empty. Got the jeep home and found major paint and body problems (could see them because it was raining) called to talk to someone and the sales manager (Carlos) was rude and said that he'd call back but didn't. Market called and told them and again was told someone would call and nothing.

Was told the seat covers would be replaced yet my niece was told they wouldn't. My mom paid cash for this vehicle and the salesman told me specifically the seat covers would be replaced. Is a sale that important to tell people what you think they want to hear? Very disappointed with the service!
