Great Car, high pressure sales

I like the car, but the dealer was all high pressure and old style tactics. I bought the car anyway because of what I'd read about the car elsewhere, but I nearly walked away due to the pressure. I also wanted to take my old car home and clear it out before picking up the new one, they refused. When I had to clean it out there, I left some very expensive sun glasses in the holder, which of course someone from the dealership kept rather than turning in. (I called the very next day.) The sales person also gave me a different story than the service department (later) did about things like the oil change intervals. If I had listened to the sales person, I might have voided my warrantee. (I would have put this into Hyundai's own satisfaction surveys, but they make them so long as to be ridiculous. And you can't skip any part. If they really wanted to know what their customer's thought, they would make it much easier for us to communicate.) The following categories aren't enough. For example, I might by again, since they are the only Hyundai dealer in town, but I'd hope for a very different sort of sales person. And the service department is pretty good.

The salesman who sold me my car was very honest and forthcoming. He walked me all over their lots until I found the perfect car, and did everything in his power to get me a gerat deal. I really enjoyed how friendly and relatable he was and look forward to working with them again.

Dealership is not trustworthy. Buyer Beware

They were less than honest about a used vehicle we purchased in February 2012. When questions were asked about the vehicle, the salesman said he didn't know anything. How can you sell a car and not know anything about it? During the purchase, an agreemant was made to fix a wheel bearing. They made me sign a paper that will not hold them accountable for any other problems. This should have been a clue to walk out of there and never look back. The windows will not work, The lights turn off while going down the road at night. The air conditioner will not work.The whole electrical system is a problem. The car has started to leak oil. I feel I was ripped off an have no recourse. I think they knew the car had all these problems. Don't trust these guys, you will be sorry.
