Integrity

The finance guy inflated my purchase price by $2k so that he could fabricate a bogus down payment...all without me knowing. They were doing some work to the vehicle before I took ownership so that night I noticed this on the contract. I texted my sales guy and he had the finance guy call me asap. When I questioned this he said " well, you still financed the amount you wanted to", in which I said that was not the point. This contract does not match what was agreed upon. You knowingly thru $2k more taxation my way by elevating the purchase price. He then said "well, it's only $xxxx many dollars". At that point I was ticked. He fraudulently tweaked the numbers without me knowing, fabricating a down payment and increasing their sales figures, then had the balls to minimalize the increased tax burden on me!! They agreed to fix the documents, but then later wanted to give me the"opportunity" to get out of the deal...really? I chose to back out and purchased elsewhere. It was a pleasant sales experience, everyone was very nice and respectful, but definitely read EVERYTHING before signing at this location.

Everything was well. I did notice that my car was sitting by the main door for about 10 minutes before they told me it was ready. It wasn't a problem because I wasn't in a hurry. I don't know the circumstances. If it was a problem, I would have contacted them. Still really like Woodhouse.

Sam made sure we knew what was going on and how long it would take to resolve. He also shared the price with us and gave us the option of accepting the bid or not. We asked for a body work estimate and even though they don't do it, they got an estimate for us from someone in town.

You knew what we wanted and found it. The deal was done efficiently. The lady who delivered it took great care of it and was quite friendly. Beings it came out of KS, it had quite a few miles on it already. That was the only negative in this entire transition.

Very professional! All the salesmen were friendly and answered our questions. Our salesman, Mr. Robinson, was prompt. It was a cold and windy day. We told him what we wanted. Instead of us walking the lot, he did the work for us. We got exactly what we wanted. Another gentleman, came in the car with us and walked through all of the neat features with us. Answered out questions. Everyone said if you have any questions make sure and call us. They even offered to come to our resident. Reminded us of our free oil change and anything else we have coming. Even offered to help with a pickup that was not purchased there. I can not say enough good things about WOODHOUSE in Missouri Valley, Iowa.

My sales Representative was awesome. He went over the top to make sure that I was happy. Brandon did an amazing job. I would definitely deal with him again. They delivered my car right to my house. And even though the delivery guys made it a little dirty my sales Rep is going to have it detailed for me to make sure that I am happy. In addition to great service, they have a huge selection of vehicles and are ready to make a deal work for you. They are also very timely in returning phone calls and very accommodating with requests. A+ service from the inquiry down to the financing and additional options you can add.
