Found a used car at carousel and Ryan was helpful in giving clear directions from Cedar Rapids, negotiating a fair price and even helping me return my rental car. I recently purchased a 2016 Audi Q3 from Carousel Motors and I couldn't be happier with my experience. As a first time car buyer, I was hesitant and had lots of questions. Michael was very patient to answer all of my questions and listened to my wants/needs to pair me with the perfect car! I came in and test drove a few different cars and then decided on the Q3. I was very satisfied with our sales person, Rick Doerscher. He found a vehicle for us in the price we were content with. He responded to emails and calls in a timely manor. He answered questions about the vehicle when my son asked. He was thorough in explaining the details of the car when we got it.

The sales rep i began my process with was great. He knew a lot about the vehicle of my interest and answered all questions. When i was ready to buy he would not even talk price. It HAD to go through his manager. Well after an hour of him going back and foth to his bosses office i had enough. I got up and was leaving when the manager came out. After rolling his eyes and saying"what do you need to buy this now" he then proceded to seem frustrated i would not buy the car. After his final offer he just walked away. Will NEVER buy here because of the managment.
