Left me stranded

Purchased a Chevy Colorado for a reasonably fair price, only 135,000 miles, however 2400 miles later the engine is locked up through no fault of my own, when I embarked on my journey that morning I had checked the oil, trans fluid and coolant. 250 miles later the oil light suddenly comes on and engine instantly shuts down. I-80, just east of the last exit for Iowa City where traffic is really heavy. When we called Tom's to see if they would help make it right we were simply told should have bought the warranty. $12,000 sitting dead. Only made two months worth of payments. Thanks for nothing.

Joe was amazing. He saw us the second we came on the lot. Gave us space to look around for the perfect vehicle. He answered any questions we had. When it came to discussion on the vehicle selected he addressed all our concerns we had. Excellent service. I would recommend him to my grandmother. Will be going back to him for our next vehicle. Roger at Toms auto on E. UNIVERSITY has a wonderful reputation and a great attitude toward customers. He took care of all of our needs with great attention to detail. He was very informative, up front, and honest through out our entire experience. No high pressure sales pitches and no rushing. He was absolutely wonderful.

Our rep Roger was so professional! He walked us through the process with out any issues. He was super nice, no sales pitches, no pressure, and was willing to work with us. The whole process maybe took 40 minutes or less from driving on the lot, test driving, and driving off the lot with our vehicle of choice. I am always very skeptical of car dealers because of the horror stories you hear from people. But we had a wonderful experience and are very appreciative of the help we gor today from their entire staff.

I definitely do not recommend this place. Worst buy I have ever made....not just for a car but for anything. Dishonest salesman. One problem after another. They tried to fix car many times, but couldn't. Car has no value.

Terrible Car Dealer

Do not buy a car here. Worst experience of my life. Several problems started almost as I left the lot. Salesman was borderline dishonest. Salesman was initially combative when I called to tell him about problems, for example major oil leaks. Then he agreed to have it fixed. The car was not fixed. I question whether they even tried. A week later it was towed for another problem. Car has little value. I wanted out of the deal. They refused. Then, get this....have been given loaners while it supposedly was being repaired. Two loaners broke down and had to be towed. Lost time, loss of work, loss of money. This place has lousy cars, lousy mechanics, lousy business practices.
