Complete lack of communication. Gave all information needed for an appraisal, said would get back to me ASAP, 10 days later not a single thing. No response to any messages. Not my idea of service. Wouldn’t take a free car from this dealership

I bought my last 4 cars from the same salesman from a different dealership. He retired and I was lost and scared to try someone new. I shopped around with no luck and no so good service I made one more stop and the last at Wilson of Ames. Ryan, my salesman was so helpful. I couldn't be more happier from Ryan to finance and now 5000 miles later to the service department that rotated my tires. I will be back!!!!!

I just wanted to write a quick note to thank the staff at Wilson in Ames, particularly Alex. We were exploring options at a couple dealerships, but Alex's service and knowledge are what steered us toward making our purchase in Ames. Along with that, we will make the drive there for service in the future as well. Thanks to all!

We went into Wilson Toyota to just look around. We had previously bought our Highlander from Wilson Toyota and were extremely pleased. We were met by a friendly salesman named Willie C.. He asked us what we were looking for and took down our profile. We then followed him the show room were we were welcomed by everyone and felt right at home. We sat down and he showed us numerous options that fit what we were looking for. The entire staff really made us feel like family. We ended up buying a safe, reliable car that we are very happy with. The Wilson Toyota staff gave use the 5 star treatment and educated us on what we needed to know about our new car. I would recommend anyone to visit Wilson Toyota. We have become customers for life.

We reached out about our experience and it was taken care of per management. I feel that the manager was attentive to our needs and was able to compromise by making us a replacement key at no cost. In all fairness I can complete this review with total satisfaction.
