Very good. Pricing for services performed have risen immensely....person at desk did not ask to punch my card for future complimentary service or ask me if I had been offered special pricing via mailers that I receive routinely.

good service, GM poor product quality

work was good and getting care in the shop was pretty fast. Just wish GM would take accountability in making garbage thermostats, huge known issue for the Acadia's and many other GM cars. makes the likelihood of buying gm again very miniscule. They cant stand behind their products when there are large number of failures of the same part.
