-I found a decent used Honda online and made an appointment to check it out. The man who showed me the car had never seen it before and didn't have anything to say about it, other than to point out how shiny the tires were. -I liked the car, but shifting gears felt a little strange (it's an automatic.) I was assured they knew about it and had already ordered a part. -I schedule an appointment to buy the car a week later. The salesman spent half the time making jokes and telling me stories about his family. -I buy the car and the key-fob doesn't work anymore. I wait for 20 minutes while a mechanic tries to fix it, but he says it needs a new battery. He says he'll order a new one and I can pick it up in a week. I ask about the transmission acting strange and he assures me it'd been fixed. -I drive the car home (I live about 45 minutes away.) There wasn't enough gas in the tank to get me home. -Less than a week later, the transmission completely gives out (the car stalling and hesitating wildly whenever it shifted gears.) The dealership says they'll take care of it. They give me a replacement car to use. The repair takes the better part of a week. -The key fob they ordered eventually comes in (much longer than expected.) the dealership says they weren't able to sync it up with the car, so I'll have to make an appointment with a Honda dealership to have it synced there. I double check that Kennedy Mazda will pay for it. The head mechanic at Kennedy Mazda shrugs his shoulders and says "maybe." -After I complain a bit and make a few phone calls, they agree to cover the costs, but it was still a tremendous waste of time. -Less than 2 months later, the air conditioner died. -Less than 3 months later, I get an oil change and my regular mechanics say the wheels are horribly out of alignment. -The best thing I can say about Kennedy Mazda is that the younger woman working there was very nice and polite, but she was just a receptionist. -I advise people to steer clear of this place. I had a miserably experience, was treated with a complete lack of respect, and I'd recommend going anywhere else.

We purchased a 2016 CX-9 GT on 1-28-17. We had come in several times to test drive and never felt any pressure to buy. We dealt with Richard and Andrew the sales manager. Both stand up guys. They were up front with their pricing and offered a better price than other dealers. Great buying experience. Highly recommend!

The sales team is very knowledgeable about the vehicles. We had specific options and timelines to meet, and they went over and above to accommodate our requests. The easiest part was the purchase price. We had such a positive experience with this purchase we returned 3 months later and purchase the Mazda 3. We love both vehicles and the service that is provided.

Stepping into Kennedy Mazda, you feel comfortable, as the sales personnel greet you with open ears to your needs. The staff was very knowledgable and did not try to sway you into anything right away, while at the same time give you all the options available to price out on a particular model. Their website was appreciable, as you could look at all their updated inventory etc. Overall, I had one smooth experience purchasing my first new car at a good price.

I had been looking for a new car for about three months. After reading consumer reports car comparison for the Mazda 6 I had to drive one. I requested an internet quote from Kennedy. I could not believe the price difference from other quotes I received! I called to verify that there were no "hidden" costs. I told them I would be in the next day for a test drive. The weather was supposed to be inclement so they pulled two 6's into the service area so I could look at them in a comfortable environment. I drove the car and loved it! I have never owned a foreign made vehicle. But the 6 is designed specifically for the driver. Bob was my salesman. The first car buying experience where I actually felt like someone wasn't trying to upsell and pad the commission. No hassles, no problems. I highly recommend Kennedy.

Came in late on a Friday. They were ready to close. My salesman Bob was awesome . Did not rush us . He was knowledgeable in his product also understood his competition. we purchased and are very happy with our new Mazda 3 getting 41 MPG . Will go back

Bought 2 new and 1 used in the past 3 years. Great sales and service! Never pushy and they always make sure I'm happy with service. They are a small dealership, but that's just fine. Most people forget once you buy a car, you're not done with a dealership (especially warranty "stuff"). Kennedy takes care of you even after your purchase!

I spent months deciding which make/model to replace my previous car. Eventually I settled on the Mazda 3. When I was ready to buy, I e-mailed multiple local dealerships with the color & range of trims I wanted. Kennedy was the only one to respond, & actually made a pretty decent offer on the models they had. Sadly, they did not have one that fit the criteria I was looking for. When I told them exactly what I wanted, & that I was ready to buy that week, they found a car & got it to the dealership the next day, which is impressive considering how rare the trim/color combination I asked for was. Time spent in the dealership going through paperwork was a little more time consuming than I would have liked, but ultimately, they gave me a good deal without trying to push extra costs on me. Their selection on the lot is a bit limited, but if you're willing to give them a few days to get what you want, they're worth going to.
