Terrible Dealership

All of the Gates dealerships lie about the cars they have on the lots. When you get there, they try to put you into something "comparable" to what you were originally looking for because it just so happens that on your way there, one of their other dealerships took it to their lot and it's currently being sold. This happened to us 2 times. I would definitely stay far away from these guys.

The sales people and the finance department were really nice and made it a great experience to buy a car. They were not pushy or rude and really treated me like a person and not just a sale.

My sales person, Glenn, was honest, kind, fair, and just went out of his way to help me feel comfortable. Buying a car is not my favorite thing to do, but he made the experience very pleasant.
