Great Customer Service

I just purchased a pre-owned 2012 Ford F-150 from Stoops Automotive Group in Muncie, IN (August of '17) and I had an excellent experience. I want to point out what an outstanding job by salesman did. Bill Ely made the transaction very comfortable and easy. He treated me very well and was willing to go above and beyond just because that is how he is. This is tremendous customer support in an era where the art of taking care of customers has really declined. Bill will do what he says he will do and will keep your needs at the forefront. This has been such a good experience I would highly recommend this dealership and ask for Bill Ely. I have never done any business previously with this group or Bill. Oh, I Love my truck too!
