The worst service experience I've had

Avoid this dealership at all costs. Brought my car in because the battery light, maintenance light, and check engine light were all on (I told them check engine was from an issue with the gas cap that wasn't major but I wanted a quote on fixing it). Service center said they did a thorough inspection and deep diagnostic with the vehicle and it should be $400-500 to repair the issues (some electrical short and a key battery replacement). Brought it in to get taken care of and they said they completely missed that the ENTIRE trunk had water damage and everything back there had to be replaced, the gas cap needed to be fixed, and a few other things. Said they needed $2600 to fix everything and they didn't know how long. ONE MONTH later of extremely poor communication (although the sales staff called me constantly to see if I wanted to trade it in), the service center failing to call me back or answer my questions (they even 'accidentally' transferred me to Jeep a couple times), no rental car, several different technicians (all of whom were mysteriously no longer with the company), they give me back my car and say, "oh, your check engine light is on because of an issue with the gas cap." Yep. The one I told them about that they said they would fix. They claimed they fixed the water damage and wouldn't budge on the price, despite the fact that I have never in my life heard of any mechanic taking A MONTH to fix some electrical issues. I looked around the car after I got home to find dents and marks all over the surface, several of the buttons in the vehicle no longer work, the check engine light is still on, still no new key battery, oh and now the car was making some noises it wasn't making before. I email the dealership general manager with a full account of the story and he says we'll set up a meeting but never does and never responds when I ask when. Said he'll look into the cameras in the service center, never did. A couple weeks later the battery and maintenance lights come on again and the fans in the trunk start turning on again. One of the issues they claimed was the 12v battery was running down because the fans were running when the car was off to deal with the water in the trunk, well now they're running again every time I turn the car off. I spent another $1055 to get the car safe to drive (I don't live in Indiana and I was going back home), and those mechanics were stunned I paid so much money for such awful work. Emailed the dealership GM AGAIN, and again he said we'd set up a meeting then never responded again. Ford Corporate won't put me in touch with a regional manager because all the dealerships are individually owned, so now I'm stuck almost $4000 into a car that has the some same issues as when I brought it in and some new issues caused by this dealership. I'm so beyond furious with Castle Ford, I'm never buying another Ford vehicle again (I was getting ready to buy a new Escape but that's gone), and I sincerely hope you never waste a dollar on this dealership.
