Not worth the visit

Salesperson did not ask name, did not give name, went in knowing what I was looking for, knew all the negatives, he valued my trade (purchased from Webb Ford 2 years prior) came back and said no way to keep monthly payment, and pretty much said I would have to give $10,000 cash to solve the problem. Would have been nice to have been offered advice, create a desire to come back to the dealership at a later date. But no, didn't happen.

I liked Kim Slater and Mark (sales manager) very much. They are great to work with. Kim was polite, knowledgeable, funny, and very pleasant to deal with. I won't stick around to negotiate if I don't like the sales person I have to deal with. There are too many other cars at other dealers if I don't get on with the sales person at one dealer, but with Kim it was A-Okay the whole way. I purchased the car and am very happy about the experience.

Overall great experience. Would recommend to anyone. Sales staff was not overbearing as they can be at other dealerships. Listened to my wishes as a customer and were fair in negotiations.
