I bought a car in Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Ford a little more than a year. I refinanced the loan two months ago and since then I have a problem with this dealer because the dealer will not won't refund me the money from GAP insurance, call them twenty times a week, constantly ignoring me and will not respond to my phone call, I went there several times and always have some excuse.I would not recommend anyone to go there because obviously, they're great when they need to take the money from you.

LOOK AT YELP FOR REAL REVIEWS ON THIS DEALER. Unethical. It appears that the Gurnee Hyundai tried to hide car defects. Tire light came on after we got the car home. The drives side tires were under inflated to the same PSI. We filled the tires to correct PSI to match passenger side, and the car pulled to one side. Dealership said they would to a free alignment, but would not look at a problem with the door lock on the passenger side sounding like it is locking and unlocking when you come to a stop. After getting alignment, went home, and the tire light came on. Same problem again, tires on the drivers side under inflated to the same PSI. When we filled tires to equal the passenger side, the car pulls to one side. The GM, John Kokkalis was immature, and not professional. I would never recommend this dealership, and I question a Bob Rohrman dealership that would allow these practices. While buying the car, they lost a key, and tried to get us to purchase a different car. Look at Yelp reviews, several of the same complaints. Unethical!

Rohrman Used Cars on Teal Rd., purchased a van in July, went to pick it up..told remote needed $4 battery...ya right. Cost me $179.00 for new remote. Called sells man, told him thought I should be get my $179 back, said will get right back with you. Called 4 days later left message on Bob Rohrman's phone..still no reply from either and going on two weeks since I called. Have traded with Honda(lafy) for 20 years and this does not set well with me, since the "we do it your way" motto. Will never buy a used car from this lot again..just go look how dirty the inside of these cars are and get ready to get taken.

I came in looking for a car and wasn't sure what I was looking for. I knew that I would know exactly what I want when I saw it. When we pulled in the to lot we were greeted by a sales consultant named AJ. He was awesome in showing exactly what I wanted. Somehow he knew what car would fit me perfectly. He showed me all the cool features the car has and was really hands on with me throughout the whole process. He got me a great deal! I would definitely recommend going to AJ Reames at Bob Rohrman Kia if you are looking for a new car!!

Buying cars has never been an enjoyable moment for me. Especially being a single mom and female. I always feel like a target. I have to say it was not like that at all at Kia. Kelsey G, a very nice young lady, was eager to make me happy and meet my needs to the best of her abilities. She went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted in my Kia vehicle. I drove off the lot in a sporty 2014 White Sportage. Everything I wanted and a little more. It was nice leaving that mini van behind as the trade in. Now I am rolling in style. It truly was a nice experience and it started from the time I walked in to the time I left. She was very knowledgeable and helped me find the vehicle to suit my needs. Thanks Kelsey and the Kia staff. They were Grade A.
