Service was good until I got in to leave and noticed oil fingerprints on my door, middle console, and glove box. Technicians should wear gloves or clean hands before entering the vehicle.

Amy kept me informed throughout the entire process. With parts hard to get and repairs taking longer than usual, I was able to use a loaner car that they had when my insurance stopped paying for the rental I was driving. I am very pleased and greatful for all of their help.

Took advantage of sick elderly person

You take advantage of people and should be ashamed of yourselves. I was sick and struggled to walk. You leased me a vehicle I couldn't afford. I died not even 2 weeks later. You lied to my son saying I looked healthy and well but a photo taken not even an hour after I left your business shows differently.

I purchased my new Colorado from Rusty Broadlick. Rusty worked hard to find the exact truck that I wanted and even found multiple sources in case one fell through. The truck was in the lot, cleaned, and ready to go in no time! I'm very pleased with the service I received from Eriks. Everyone was very friendly. Thanks Again Rusty, I love my new truck.

Erik's is First Class

Erik's staff has made my car purchasing experiences ones of value and ease! They have searched for what I know are the best financial deals because they have always done better than what I have found on my own. Dan Tocco is great to deal with, but when he isn't there, I know that any of the salesmen are willing to help out and answer my questions. I have been shocked to find out that they are willing to say, "I don't know! But, I will find out." Tom Rethlake, GM, is there both before and after the sale to make sure that the customer STAYS satisfied. My experience with Erik's has been that the customer is #1 and if you aren't convinced of that, they are working to find out why. I would highly recommend dealing with this group of people if you are in the market for a new Chevrolet or a used vehicle.
