Better than Big City Dealers

I had a great experience at Uebelhors. Was shopping in Evansville but I wasn't treated like i was at Uebelhor. I felt like I was being helped not sold to. The next time I need a truck I will be back to see them again.

Double Check what you ask for

went to buy a Rav4 2019 and had 4 deal breaker. 1. needs to be red(hey that's the color she wanted) CHECK got it 2. Needs a sun or moon roof CHECK got it. 3. Needs a back up camera CHECK got it. Needs Satellite radio. UT OH was told it had a satellite radio and when free trial subscription was up I could just switch it to my Sirius account. Great we will take it!. Signed all the paperwork and salesman was going over all the bells and whistles with us, I noticed he was showing us how to program FM radio channels. UT OH I asked him where the satellite radio went? Salesman decided to tell me then that the 2019 RAV4 XLE did not have them standard. You have to order the package that has it. So now wife is all excited about getting a new car. I think this is really crappy. Salesman apologized but the tactics used sucked and damage was all ready done. Not sure if it was intentional or accidental but regardless I was lied to about having the radio. Not sure what our options are. Do I burst my wife's bubble about this car or just be satisfied knowing it was a crappy way to sell I car.

Amazing buying experience!!

Normally I hate buying a car because the dealerships do not treat the buyer right but that was far from what I experienced from Joanna Graham at Uebelhor. She was very pleasant and informative about the various cars on the lot. The dealership offered me more for my trade in than I was expecting and an amazing price on my car. I honestly could not have asked for a better car buying experience! I HIGHLY recommend buying for Uebelhor. When it is time to buy my next Toyota, I will make sure to come back to Uebelhor to make my next purchase!

Looking for Suckers

The car I was interested in made a slight noise going over bumps. We asked to see the service records and found that both sway bars needed to be replaced (which they had done nothing about). I also checked the KBB trade in value which ranged from $900 to $1500 and they were asking $5500. I told them I was still interested and to give me a call when they had an estimate on the sway bars. I doubt they will ever call me because I think they are waiting for someone to come along and just pay what they are asking.

Top Notch Dealer! No Hype, Just Good Honest Folks

While in somewhat of a time crunch to purchase a new Toyota Sienna XLE, but also wanting to be price conscious, I contacted several dealers look for the best deal, but most importantly, the best feel. After contacting a local Evansville Toyota dealer, we felt unimportant and generally experienced a 'why are you bothering me' attitude. The experience was quite the opposite at Uebehlor & Sons. Everyone we spoke to and dealt with was warm and welcoming, from our sales guy; Elias Trevino to the girl that processed our paperwork; Amanda Seng. Everyone was top notch! Uebelhor & Sons earned my business and respect and made me feel welcome the entire time. 5 Stars!

A Most Pleasant Experience

The dealer made buying a new the most pleasant experience I have ever had in dealing with a car dealership. The dealership is 75 miles from my house and they came to my house to pick us up and take my wife and I there. I had already been told over the phone (and internet) what the out the door price would be and that they had the car in stock. There were no surprise add-ons or any other added cost that they had not told me about. They had the car ready to go within 45minutes after arriving. They were all "up front and honest - no gimmics or hard sell attitudes to deal with. I will buy my next car there too. They are Great People.

Uebelhor and Sons is this best dealer around!

Many people dread going to buy a car, strictly because of their past experiences with pushy, overbearing salespeople. You will NOT find this at Uebelhor and Sons! My family and I have purchased several Toyota's over many years from them. We enjoy and appreciate dealing with Tony Uebelhor so much, that we travel 80+ miles just to deal with him, passing by other dealers closer to home. It simply means that much! When you know you are going to deal with an honest salesperson, who will give you a fair price, and not haggle over everything - you go out of your way to deal with them. We recommend all our friends to go to him as well. Their website is great. You can check if they have the car you are looking for, and all the options. If they don't have it, they will make every effort to try and find you the one you are looking for. Price is up front too. No add-ons that you don't find out about until you are ready to sign on the dotted line. We enjoy dealing with Tony Uebelhor and all his great staff at Uebelhor and Sons, and look forward to many more years of this relationship to come.

2007 Yaris liftback

Friendly, laid back salesman knew less than I did about the Yaris (after edmunds.com research ;-) and didn't think I really wanted such a small car. None in the showroom or on the lot, only a sedan. He assumed I wanted an automatic and implied the Yaris was not a highway car. Said the wait for what I wanted (full All-Weather Guard Package, Convenience Package and Power Package, in Meteorite Metallic) would be 2-3 months. Discouraging. He was quite forthcoming about pricing, which I appreciated. I will go test drive the Yaris Liftback next month when he hopes to have one. Good grief... the Toyota plant is less than an hour's drive away! These cars must be in high demand. Good selling point.
