No high pressure sales tactics. Our salesperson, Zach G., was knowledgeable. He gave us the time we needed to compare vehicles and never made us feel rushed. This was the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. We will definitely come back here for our next vehicle!

Great place to buy a car!

Ask for Gregory! He’s not your typical car salesman. He is very knowledgeable, explained everything in great detail. Took the time to set up everything in our new SUV. We did not feel like we were rushed into making a decision. He catered to our every need!

I took my car to Tom Wood to have a recall checked, oil changed, and tires rotated. Unfortunately for the technician that supposedly serviced my vehicle I have a scratch on one of my rims. Strangely after my tires were supposedly rotated, said scratch rim was in the same position it was when I pulled in. So unless they only rotate 3 out of the 4 tires. They didn’t rotate my tires at all. Which sadly makes me question if my oil was actually changed and my recall was actually checked.

Overall a quick process for sales and possession. The standard amount of time to process all the paperwork. Salesperson gave a walkthrough of all the car’s features. Would definitely return again next time

We recently purchased a Subaru Crosstrek, I was told to come to Tom Wood Subaru because they do such a great job. And they did much better than that! Mike Eicher was friendly and really made you feel at home! I enjoyed our conversations and it really made the car buying experience fun and fly by! The staff was all very friendly and welcoming! Top notch crew! Ohh and the car is incredible!!

I had a great experience with my car purchase. I drove three different Subaru models and was lucky enough to come across a Subaru Outback that was available. My salesman, Bill Vickery was great and he made the process very smooth. I am extremely happy with my car and the experience. I have an opportunity if I wish to go back with any questions I have after driving it to discuss any buttons/gadgets that I’m not taking advantage of. Couldn’t be happier!

I can't say how happy I've been with Subaru. I just bought my second car from Nick Wade at Tom Wood Subaru and his assistance has been stellar. I met with him five years ago, looking for a pre-owed Outback and he called me as soon as one met what I was looking for. They hadn't even processed it at the dealership, so I got to see it really soon after they took it in. I added over 200K miles to it in a little over four years and went back to Nick for a new one. The transition was so smooth that when my wife was offered a buyout for her Honda, she sold it and ordered a new Impreza. Nick walked her through the pros and cons and comparisons between the different cars she was looking at and she was able to make an informed decision. Thanks, Nick!
