A VERY happy camper here! Bruce Kelley and Mark Crouse were awesome! Stellar service! Bruce Kelley did an awesome job getting me hooked up with my new 2022 Kicks SR. I had purchased a 2020 Rogue Sport S AWD in December 2020, and although I liked the car I really didn't love it. (I had recently moved from Noblesville to Elwood and was a little skittish about how bad driving around town would be with my 2018 Kicks since it was FWD. Well, suffice to say that although the Sport was equipped with AWD, it just didn't "fit" me. I missed my small car. After having gone through 2 pretty horrendous winters here, I realized that the city does a pretty good job keeping up with the nasty white stuff and I drive mostly in town so I truly panicked unnecessarily. Today Bruce and Mark were fully capable and did a great job getting me back home into the right car I truly love and enjoy driving. It was well worth the long drive to see them and get this all resolved. Kudos to everyone for an amazingly easy transition!

Fantastic Experience

My fiance and I recently had a car break down and unexpectedly were in the market to purchase a new car. We knew that our budget was very limited and we were prepared for a long and drawn out battle with the used car dealers to get what we wanted for the price we could pay. We went to dealership after dealership and talked to what felt like hundreds of people online, on the phone, and in person. When we contacted Jay Oberst (our salesman) at Ed Martin Nissan though, we automatically knew that this was the right person to work with. Jay was very straightforward and honest recommending cars that were in or below our budget that still met all of our other criteria (miles, mpg, features). He even got the sales manager Matt Stienbrink involved to ensure that we would get the right financing before we even walked in the door. When we got there he had our top 3 choices lined up for us to look at and compare. The best part about it is that he was 100% focused on our needs and not how much commission he was going to make from the sale. We ended up with the lowest price car of the three and he never even tried to change our minds because he wanted for us to be happy with our choice. Once that process was finished Matt took over and brought in Madision (I forget her last name) to finish the financing. Not only did they make sure that we were approved but they also got us an interest rate far below what anyone else had offered. Overall, I can honestly say after going through this process I will never buy a car from any one else. In my life I have purchased many cars and have never had such an easy process. There was no pressure, no haggling, and most of all no pushy sales people trying to spend my money. I have worked in customer service for the last 13 years and give this dealership (especially Jay, Matt, and Madison) a standing ovation for their service!!!!! Thanks to them I feel safe and confident not only of the car I purchased but also in the people I bought it from!

Had a great buying experience. Salesman Omar S respected us and our time. He made sure all aspects were covered and followed up with us to see if there were any remaining issues. The office staff was very efficient and made quick work of the paper work.

poor repairs from service dept

Bought a used Honda CRV; Sales group ,Jay & Ken were knowledgeable & helpful. Having a clean car-fax and showing repairs done by the service dept added to the comfort level. The car presented well and seemed like it would be a good purchase for my daughter-college student. We got the car home fine, .....next morning wouldn't start. I had to come home from work & found battery cables loose; pulled it into the garage......small puddle of antifreeze RH side radiator, possible spillage from service dept??. My daughter took car back to school , today she had to add antifreeze.She'll bring it home and I'll look at it next weekend .....possible new radiator. I realize this is a used car "as is" sale but this is pretty bad. It looks like your service dept is getting complacent!

I was referred to Mike D from Ed Martin Honda and he gave me the deal I was looking for. He passed his information along to Mark from Nissan and they didn't deviate from what Mike had estimated. I couldn't have been more happier. After dealing with the other Nissan dealer on 96th street for years, it was refreshing not to have felt like you've been swindled and deceived. Hope to be a customer for years to come!

My family has leased 13 Nissan's and just recently purchased 2 manager driven Nissan's from Ed Martin. The reason that we keep going back is because the service is OUTSTANDING!!! I have been other dealerships in consideration of going with another line of cars, but I always come back to Ed Martin Nissan because of the intimate and personal attention I receive. If you are looking for a new car or previously owned vehicle the best thing you can do for yourself is to at least give Ed Martin Nissan a shot at your business. I guarantee that is where you will end up!!!

I purchased my new Nissan Rogue from Matt S. and could not be happier- no - pressure, knowledgeable and so very personable. Although it has now been 6 months - he still remains in contact with me about oil changes, service etc. He made this easy and smooth for me - my first new car - so I was somewhat apprehensive. Ed Martin is sl fortunate to have Matt in their corner!!!

Loved Ed Martin Nissan

I worked with both Todd Reiselman and Matt Steinbrink in the process of getting my brand new 2012 370z from Ed Martin Nissan. Within a half an hour of submitting my inquiry to TrueCar, I already had a voice message from Matt. I could already tell over the phone that he did not intend to pressure me whatsoever. When I arrived at the dealership for a test drive he was very informative and once again, no pressure. After driving the car I was directed to Todd Reiselman who was incredibly knowlegable about the car's pros and cons and he was very honest about reasonable prices. Because I was looking for a rare color combination (and wanting to continue saving $ for a couple more months), he was willing to special order the car for me so it would be there when I'm ready, something a lot of dealers aren't too happy about doing. After doing some shopping around, the dealership matched other price quotes to keep my business. Things got a little complicated after placing the order for the 2012...production stopped earlier than expected for the 12, and Todd informed me the car would be a 13. Because I liked the 12 more than the 13, Todd understood and immediately tried to track down this rare car. He found it within 48 hours. When I picked up the car the rest of the staff were also so helpful and informative and seemed genuinely happy for me that I finally got the car of my dreams. I have had the car for about a week and I've already gotten a couple follow up messages and calls from both Matt and Todd, simply to check in on how I'm liking the car. They have been great!

Just wanted to say what a pleasant experience I had purchasing my car at Ed Martin Nissan. The sales process from start to finish was both seamless and without pressure. Nate Kennelly, quite simply, is one of the best salesman that I've ever encountered, and the for sure the best car salesman I've ever met. Although persistent, he was never pushy and always put my wants and needs first. I especially appreciate his upselling me into the Nismo 350Z. It's a great car and has been great fun both to drive and to own. Over all, I would highly recommend Ed Martin Nissan to anyone looking to buy a car with as little hassle as possible. They're a solid organization. ~Brad

I bought my Nissan Murano from Ed Martin Nissan and had a wonderful experience. Not only were they very friendly, but I felt no pressure when deciding on the price and which vehicle to purchase. Nate Kennelly was a great sales associate and I would recommend him to any person out there who is looking for a new car! I feel very confident in my purchase and know that whenever I need to take my car in for oil changes, etc... that they will take good care of me and my new car!
