We had a great sales person in Elliot. He was approachable and worked with us without the usual "pressure" you might experience at other car dealers. We went in several times to look at vehicles and we asked lots of questions. He was patient and explained things clearly. Great buying experience and I love my new car!

We just bought our 4th Acura at Ed Martin. Karen Collis was our sales consultant and she did an outstanding job for us. She was very knowledgable about the car and all aspects of the buying process. Karen, Jake and Elizabeth were all very nice and very helpful. We bought a new 2024 RDX. We love the car, and if you want an Acura, this is a really good place to buy one.

Great Trade/Purchase Experience

Great experience at Ed Martin Acura. Drove up from Louisville to pick up a TLX Type S. Elliot was awesome throughout the entire process. He was able to locate the exact spec we wanted and make the negotiation process very simple. Jake was super nice and a very personable sales manager. Liz had us in and out of the financing office and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Well worth the drive up to Indy to get what we wanted with great customer service.

Elliot, Robin, and Matt were so kind! They helped me every step of the way finding my first car, a Subaru Impreza. I found it online and unlike anything I'd seen in the past year, it was love at first sight. I felt like they made the process as easy as possible and were dedicated in getting me my car. If you want a dealership that isn’t Pushy or doesn’t Rush Thru explaining the various options available…. Ed Martin is the One… Karen Collis was very patient and answered all my questions about the different vehicles and options available.. Jake Fairbanks was also very helpful in helping me decide to move up to the 2023 TLX… I was trading in my ILX….

Aaron is probably one of my favorite if not my favorite sales guy. He never fails to make sure I’m taken care of and I’m getting what I’m wanting for the best price available. I could walk in the dealership at any given day or time and he knows who I am and doesn’t treat me as if I’m just another sale. Jake is also very friendly and appreciative of my business. It makes a difference for me on how I’m treated as a woman purchasing a car. I’ve been to other dealerships and have had terrible experiences with the reps thinking I’m clueless or trying to bamboozle me on pricing.

I was in the market for a new vehicle back in January and had zeroed in on what brands I was open to buying. Went to Ed Martin Acura on a Sunday with the intent on confirming my choice of vehicle after test driving and getting more of the specs. I worked with Aaron Smith who was seriously just a great guy all around. He knew his stuff, held a great conversation and cared about the fine print details that were offered to me. After negotiating a price on my trade in I went home with an amazing 2023 RDX A-spec advance! I could not be more happy with my purchase and highly recommend seeing Aaron when you come in as he will take care of you! Thank you guys!

Quick and easy process

The sales process was quick and I was able to get hands on my vehicle very quickly. Initially I took a test drive of a pre-owned vehicle that I was interested in and then I applied for finance with the dealer and paid a downpayment using my personal check. All process were quick and easy and I am happy to take away my vehicle on same day.

MDX Purchase

I just bought a second car from Ed Martin Acura. I'm still driving my 2012 TSX and it has 215,000 miles on it. I've never had any major issues with the car but I took a new job and thought I'd better get a new primary vehicle and use the TSX as a backup. I've purchased both vehicles from Karen Collis at Ed Martin and both times the process has been a breeze. I also service my cars there and work with Tyler T. and he takes excellent care of my vehicles. They aren't going to be as cheap as retail auto shops but I never felt that they were trying to upsell me or being dishonest. I said when I bought my TSX that I'd only drive Acura's the rest of my life, and I'd only buy them from Ed Martin. I highly recommend the dealership and their service department for sales and service and I've sent a few people there when they needed a vehicle.

This dealership is a joke like most of the others. We agreed upon a price. I was supposed to come in to sign papers. Then they increased the price. Unscrupulous and dishonest. Very frequently used trick by car dealerships. Don’t fall for it!

I've bought a lot of cars over the years and Ed Martin is absolutely the easiest car dealer I have ever worked with. I purchased a 2014 MDX from Randy S., the Internet Sales Manager, last week and I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours and picked up the MDX the next day. Of course, I did all my research before I contacted the dealer and I knew exactly what I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. Randy and Dan (the F & I Rep.) were great to work with and was I was very impressed with the entire dealership. This is the second Acura I've purchased from Ed Martin and I will be buying another Acura (TLX) later this year. Based on my previous experiences, they will do everything possible to be the dealer that wins my business again, and I'll walk out with another Acura. I huge thank you to the entire Ed Martin Acura team, for being such a great dealer and making the purchase an enjoyable experience.
