Underwhelming service

When I originally attempted to call the dealership to get my vehicle scheduled for service I had to call 4x times to get through to an advisor at 8am. I have attempted to get service at this particular dealer multiple times in the last and this is my first time actually receiving the service i requested. Service advisors seem to be less than helpful with providing a clear concise timeline of when to expect your vehicle back. Honestly the only good part about the whole experience was the fact that the tech got the job done right the first time and I did not have to return. Although I did find later that I had a bad strut that was missed during the “inspection”

WORST DEALERSHIP----SERIOUSLY

i will give this place a negative rating after all i have been through with this dealership. of all the car dealership i have dealt with before this is by far the absolute worst place i have ever been into.they tell you all lies everything they can think of to ripped you off and just to make a sale.if you don't believe me go there and see it for yourself, you can get out anytime they can not held you against your will if you think you were taken advantage off. i am making this to warn others what they expect when they go there or take my word for it and not go there at all, go to other dealership instead.for one thing they have this v.i.n. etching product that they put on every vehicle in the lot that they charge buyer $299 + $21 sales tax that equals to $321. this one is not even on the sales sticker invoice,its an optional product for the buyer if they want or not. they already have this on the vehicle so your are force to buy it because it's already put in so you don't have a choice but to get it but on the paperwork you sign, you can decline not to get it. i ask for a refund and they refuse to do it because its already etch on the vehicle and there's nothing else they can do.this business practice that they're doing is simply unethical and not to mention illegal. i already reported this incident to BBB, DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIR and other goverment institutions that can help me with my rights since they decline to give my money back, i will be taking legal actions against them and asked my attorney that i am willing to take them all the way to US supreme court if i have to.

Best car buying experience

The entire sales staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They made my car buying experience so easy and fun. It was very stress free and I would recommend this team to everyone. Thank you Speedway Chevrolet!
