This is the second new vehicle I have purchased from Thomas Dodge and the experience was as before, TERRIFIC. Actually this time it was better because of our sales consultant Joe Heisler. He has terrific work ethics, a pleasant personality and an excellent trait of communicating with the customer during and after the purchase process. In addition to this, the price was good (Better than Bosak Dodge) arrived to quickly and painlessly and the signing of paperwork was quick and smooth. Thanks for a pleasant buying process. Bought truck over internet

I drove 4.5 hours to buy a truck at this dealership on a Saturday. During the paperwork process I ask about the spare key and fob. I am told they don’t have one but on the trucks webpage it says it comes with 2 remote key transmitters. They notify me the “fine” print states equipment and options are subject to availability. Got me on that one I guess. They also show you can receive $500 more for your trade in. I never talk with Cheryl who I was supposed to hear back from. My salesman and I agree on a price during the day Friday and that night he contacts me and says they already gave me the extra $500. Looking at my finance papers, it doesn’t show the extra $500 for my trade in. So who knows if I got it or not. During the test drive the DIC shows the back right passenger turn signal is bad. After the test drive, we check and the bulb was bad. They take the truck back and fuel it up for me during the paperwork process but never change the bulb. Before I leave the lot, I ask my salesman why they didn’t change the bulb and he says they don’t carry any Chevy light bulbs. Note......It doesn’t have to be a “Chevy light bulb.” If you ask me, this dealership is a little shady.

"Best experience " - Moparfamily

The Durango we wanted was not on the lot but the staff was diligent in finding the exact car we wanted. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. It was the best car buying experience. Faye Giles is the best.

An easy and pleasant experience

I had a very easy experience with the dealership and my salesperson. He was more concerned with helping me find a vehicle that I would be happy with than anything else. The commission free thing they got going on there helps because they're not trying to sell me on something I wouldn't want. Chris helped me find the cherokee that I fell in love with and was very upfront and honest about everything. He even helped me pair my phone to my car and showed me how to operate everything I needed help with. Not once did they try to overcharge me or try to change pricing (which happens at other places I've been to). I would recommend Chris as the guy to see because he wasn't trying to put on a show just to get me to buy, but once again he was more concerned about my needs than anything else. Standup guy.

I had a great experience at Thomas Dodge. Stop by there just to look at a Jeep Renegade came out with a Jeep Compass. Never thought I would have brought a Jeep. But I am LOVING my new Jeep. Thanks to my salesperson Faye. She was very helpful with me in deciding my purchase. Faye helped me get the most bang for my buck. 🎉🎉🎉💰💵Thanks again to my awesome salesperson Faye Giles!

Never Recieved Payment for a Car I Sold to Thomas Dodge

On June 23, 2017...as a private individual, I sold a 2015 Dodge Challenger to Thomas Dodge of Highland, Indiana and was promised a documented amount of $15,000 in the form of an equity check...As of today,19 days and counting, "Cheryl Gallo" the salesperson will not return my messages anymore, they have my car that I sold them and I still don't have my $15,000 equity check...Do you really want to do business with dealers like this?

WATCH OUT – Thomas Dodge of Highland Indiana

I want a Jeep. Bad... Been looking for a 2 door Wrangler Sahara or Rubicon for months. Finally found one I liked. A 2015 Rubicon. 6 speed manual. $32,800 Is that a miss-print? That's like $4-5k less than everywhere else - in four states. Gotta check it out. After some web research and two calls. After a three hour drive. After an hour wait for a simple test drive (more on that later) - I love it. It's mine. Let's deal... Here's my trade - a black 2012 Ford Mustang GT Coupe with 8400 miles on it. Really good condition. Low mileage. Kelly BB says between $24,495 and $26,134. $25,315 is the middle of the range. I say I'd like to get $26k...who wouldn't - this is a negotiation, right? I figure I'll get $25k... Keep in mind - the Kelly Blue Book value I have in mind - came from a link: Find Your Trade-In Value - at the bottom of the Jeep.com home page. It's not an offer - I know. It's an estimate. So I figure we're in the ballpark... The Mustang, and a check for like $9k, and it's mine... But wait. The business dude says $22,500 for the Mustang. Huh? That's $3500 under my asking price. I wonder how he'd react if I offered to pay $3500 less than his asking price on the Rubicon. I make it clear that we are pretty far apart. He tells me that he has a pretty good feel for the national and local markets. I tell him that I have internet access too. I stand up to leave. He says he could go up to $23k. Buh-bye now... Thanks for wasting my time. Have a nice day. To sum-up, I would NOT recommend Thomas Dodge of Highland Indiana for the following reasons. * I gave them 4 hours notice to have a car ready for test drive - it took them an hour after I arrived to present the vehicle for that test drive. Not what I call great customer service. * Their business practices are underhanded. They know what they are doing. Price an in demand vehicle aggressively - run the suckers by and by until you find one that says yes. That Rubicon was never $32,800. It was that, plus whatever they can steal from you on your trade. Look at the rest of their inventory – I’ll bet we can find other examples. * Their offer was an insult. He tried to steal from me. He wasn’t going to part with that Rubicon unless I was a sucker that said yes. He wasted 7 hours of my time. And I still want the Jeep…

Purchased my new trail hawk this weekend and could have been happier with the service Obi gave my family. The dealership didn't have the truck I wanted in stock so Obi went to his manager Nick and together they found 2 options for us.We made up our mind and 48 hours later the truck was delivered. Couldn't ask for a better group of salemans to deal with...Thanks again fellas

Best Auto Buying Experience Evahhhh

I recently bought a new SUV from Thomas Dodge, and it was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. I've bought many cars, and often the negotiation process is very tense. Not at Thomas. Everyone was extremely friendly and pleasant. Also, I had a problem with my trade because of a title issue, and Thomas went along with me in resolving the problem. Actually, the internet manager Cheryl G was more than helpful with this issue, and she was very pleasant about this troublesome situation. Really great customer service here. Also, even though I had my financing pre-approved, Thomas got me an even better interest rate than I already had. I mean waaay better. Purchasing a new vehicle is stressful, but at Thomas, they do everything to make your car buying experience as pleasant as possible. I purchased a gorgeous Grand Cherokee - True Blue. A very nice young man, George Hy was my sales person. George was very personable and attentive. You just could not ask for a better sales experience. I'm telling all my family and friends to give Thomas a look for their next car purchase.
