Jason Hart was an amazing salesman and made the process of buying a car so easy!! Jason was honest and did everything he could for us!! The finance guy must have been having a bad day or something. Kinda of a grumpy guy like we were bothering him by getting a used car. Maybe just caught him on a grumpy day. But definitely would recommend Jason for anyone looking for a good car salesman!
Don't believe anything they tell you over the phone or in email

In short.....they told me to come in and we would pick the options I wanted and apply them to a vehicle on order for dealer stock. I drove in, they told me they had nothing on order or available. They apparently faked the story to get me in the door so they could sell me something else. Beware.

Bought my first new car in 34 years. JD in sales took the time to walk me through the options and made several trips to get keys so we could look at other models when I questioned my first choice. Even though it was close to closing time, the whole team stayed and made me feel good about the buying experience.

Likes: Had a great salesman, Jason Hart. Was friendly, helpful, courteous, took time to explain things, answered all our questions. We felt very comfortable in dealing with Jason, and would highly recommend him. Jason went out of his way to make sure the car had everything it was suppose to. We dealt with Adam for the financing end of things, and again, we were treated with friendliness and courtesy and had all questions answered.

Terrific Experience

Recently purchased a 2019 Ram 1500, my first venture into the truck realm. The team at Tom O’Brien Greenwood - in particular, Angie, Jason, and Kevin - were absolutely terrific to work with. LOVED Jason’s short-video concept as an intro to different vehicles. Angie was informative and helpful from beginning to end, and pleasant to speak with. And Kevin took the time to (genuinely) explain what was happening along the financial path. The experience was terrific, and though I wish I would have sought out a couple more features on the truck, I am pleased and will not hesitate to return or refer friends and family to Tom O’Brien. Thanks.

Great Experience

While shopping on line I found a car that interested me and it was a used car listed by Tom OBrien Chrysler Jeep Ram. The rest was easy. I contacted the dealer and the sales team was very friendly and helpful. After the initial contact I visited the dealership to look at and drive the car. During this visit we agreed on a final price and I am now the happy owner of a new car.

Uncaring Dealership Untrustworthy

A very uncaring and untrustworthy dealership who takes people's money and still does not fix the problem of your vehicle AZ they unfix another part on your vehicle and charge you an outlandish price and then replace it with bad parts manager is very rude uncaring obnoxious and loud will scream in your face if you question anything about your service to your vehicle they are all crooks liars and thieves stay clear of this dealership

Good place to get a car...no baiting and switching!

Purchasing our car from here was pain-free and we didn't have the pushy salesperson you come to dread when car shopping! Unlike other dealerships, they didn't have one price online and then actually charge thousands more before taxes and fees.

Horrible experience

Trying to make a deal the absolute worst experience I've ever had. Insulted me with a low ball offer then was upset and not professional about it. Then didn't want to give me my keys to my car. I guess that's why if you look you will find out vehicles aren't moving there. They need fo take a seminar our professionalism, customer service and not how to be jerks. Sorry fist time I ever gave a bad review so you can bet for me to take the time to do this it was horrible huge waste of time I wouldn't waste time there The time

Great buying experience

I visited at the end of July to review their inventory and check out the dealership. I spoke with Scott on my initial visit he was very friendly and pleasant to work with. Since my wife was out of state visiting her sister I told Scott that I would wait to see what incentives were available in August and get back with him when my wife returned. My wife and I checked their inventory on line and found a Pacifica Touring L Plus that was what we were looking for. I called Scott and told him the vehicle that we were interested in and made arrangement to look at it and drive it. Scott referred us to Tony who had the vehicle out front and ready to test drive when we arrived. The entire buying experience with Tony was very pleasant (no high pressure) he worked hard to come to a price that we wanted. Finalizing the deal with Scott and Tony went very smooth. When we. Arrived the next day to pick up our new van Tony had it ready and spent over an hour with us explaining features of the van and made sure we were comfortable and had all of our questions addressed. Bottom line we were very pleased with our entire experience and would not hesitate to recommend Tom O'Brien Chrysler Greenwood to our family and friends. Great originazition!!

Upgrading car purchase

Initially I had looked at the dealership online to see what they had to offer, and prices. They had more options than I had seen on a few other websites, and was contacted by email before driving by to see the actual cars in person. JD Gumm was the salesman I talked to on the evening before going in for the test drives, and eventual purchase. The team worked with me during the purchase process in regards to my trade and trying to get me into a car with a warranty. There was no pressure to buy a car I wasn't looking at, I had the exact cars already picked.
