Sales manager and Finance manager were not shy at all about lying. During sales process, sales manager attempted to mislead us on the value of our trade. We left dealership to be called next day by general sales mgr, who offered us a price over $1000 better than the shift sales mgr who had said "there was no way" they could do a deal at that price. That is all typical for sales, but it really took a turn for the ugly when we went to take delivery. The Finance magager was really pressing to make some more profit, and we were cash buyers. So he told us that the navigation system was not covered by the manufacturers warranty and offered us a warranty for about $1600. We knew he was lying and called his bluff...but how many people fall victim to this kind of tactic? Do these guys have no morals at all? Overall we got the price we knew was appropriate. I would never recommend this dealer unless you know exactly what you want and know how to negotiate and walk away if you dont get what you want. Warning - these guys have no reservations whatsoever of lying to you.

I felt comfortable dealing with the salesman; did not feel pressured. He knew the vehicle well and was able to answer my questions. I have contacted him since, and he has always been very helpful and courteous.
