Eric was exceptionally knoweldgable and helpful in helping us find exactly what we were looking for. Even though it was late, he spent hours with us and in bringing into the bay two different cars for us to look at. We made an appointment to meet with him the following day to go over all of the features of the vehicle and he helped us with all of the settings. Very professional and personal salesman! We were also very impressed with Gary who went through the paperwork and put a rush on getting information for us to take to the BMV as we were leaving for Florida in a few days. We really appreciated his efforts and assistance. Another very professional and personal employee!

Was able to talk to salesperson within minutes of driving on the lot. Salesperson answered lots of questions I had. Drove a car on the first day. On second visit I drove another car that I liked and bought it. Black Friday sales all month of Nov. were great.

Good and bad, or sad.....

Josh Zickafoose did a good job for us. Toyota has made some changes in the configuration of the XLE's that do not meet my price point. This makes it necessary to "downsize" to an SE, and that saddens me. I do not feel that Toyota is meeting my wishes as they have in the past. Not Evans, but Toyota.
