I found they had altered lease documents, falsified other turn in documents and charged for non-exisent damages' While I purchase of leased over a dozen vehicles over 10 years from these prople, I found on that on the last one that I leased that they were not fair in their damage assessments. After Ford sued me I received copies of the altered documents and many other falsified documents. They even forged my intials so they could try and change the terms of my lease. Well, Ford dropped the suit when the documents came our but, I also found out they had done the same type of things to 2 other vehicles I had leased and I could still find my documents. When I went to the manager he said I would have to pay them whatever they said or they would ruin my credit...they did. I love Ford cars. I own several and all my family drives Ford Products. My son told me I should not mistrust Ford products just Ford Motor Credit and the deale. I do not trust these guys any longer. They are now under investigation by the Secretary of State of Indiana. While all of the people involved with thius are no longer involved with the dealership....except the sales manager, I think I see a pattern of behavior that is criminal....I even found a salesman who had quit this dealer and he said this was a common practice of "making money on the back end" He said they do things like this on FMCC loan payoffs too. Be careful with them. I just want to see them loose their license!!!!!!!
