We will make this short. Found an ad for a car at Lockhart I liked and was ok with the price. Called the dealership and they sent me a carfax. 1 owner turned into 2 owners sold 5 times. No accidents turned into front end damage that they didnt know what the damage was. A fair deal, turned into no deal at all. Lockhart blamed CarGurus, Car Gurus blamed Lockhart. I wasted 2 hours. You decide.

Purchased a CPO Escalade ESV from Lockhart. Charles Coriaty was great. Handled most of the paperwork over the phone since I was 6hrs away. When we went to pick up the Escalade, it was already detailed and looked immaculate. It was better than describe. Price was very fair. Charles made the process painless. Took the time to go over the features of the Escalade I would definitely purchase from Charles and Lockhart again!

Tried to purchase a car & was one of the worse experiences yet. The dealer clearly has a lot to learn when dealing with potential customers & communicating properly. The right hand has no idea what the left is doing & left me hanging after a three day ordeal. Dealer did not even offer to make things right & very poor for a Cadillac dealer. They need to remember we have choices in Indianapolis & another dealer will get my business.
