This was our 1st stop of many planned stops to shop for a used car. The fact that we had a lot of shopping to do at other dealerships was disclosed many times to HOF staff. We found a great deal & as any smart shopper should do, we wanted to compare it to a couple other choices we wanted to look at later in the day. We were told we could put a $100.00 hold on the car & decided that was the way to go. When we attempted to do that, Larry Lucas, the Sales Manager, told us that we could not do that. Not only was their offer not honored, but the reason it was not honored is because we were being smart shoppers & going to look at other dealerships/cars. That is verbatim what we were told, "because you are continuing to shop at other dealerships, we cannot hold the car for you". I cannot understand how anyone would consider this a smart or ethical business practice.

I bought my car from Gino, who was very nice..I was the ideal buyer, excellent credit score, plenty of money down. We discussed everything. I was on the fence between his car and another brand. He talked me into the crv. He said his wife is buying one because they are by far the best car on the road....ha! The next morning after purchase I told him about a vibration that is extremely bad..he says "oh yes, that is a Honda issue that doesn't have a fix yet..I was furious and said I wanted to give it back for another..he said "drive it a while and see if it goes away",if not, then we can talk.. He has steered clear of me since. He sent me an email recently that looked like a preprinted message they send out, stating he hopes I am pleased with my car. When I repsonded to the message he has never gotten back, realizing it was me..the girl he lied to and sold a lemon to. The manager has never responded as well. I have had it back to Honda service twice since I bought in April to get checked and both times I am told Honda is working on it but so far not good. All of these reviews are positive because they ask you immediately to go online and do a positive review please and even give you the links to put them....Go to other sites and you will find negative ones everywhere..I have talked with hundreds of people about this ..My car shakes like a rattletrap when in idle with foot on break such as at a stop light, slow traffic..the door locks have locked me in 4 times now, and it died on me and started back up all in a few seconds..but Honda service does not see anything wrong..funny how others do. I am getting headaches from the vibration and the head rest tilts forward so you cant avoid it easily. American Honda finally returned a call after 5 months.... Yes you will get good service if you get a good car, but if you don't ...forget it..they treat you like you are nothing...I happen to be a woman also so I'm not sure he did not disclose this issue thinking I am a dummy...he was wrong and I am taking action. Be careful everyone..they are not truthful.

This was the most low-pressure dealership experience I have had, even in my limited experience (first time buying a car- for college). I was adamant that I wanted to direct the process, and even though I don't look like the main purchaser of a car, the salesman (Mr. Gino Arcoleo) was always careful to direct questions and direction to me, rather than my father who I brought with me. Mr. Arcoleo even let us take a car out for a test drive while he remained at the dealership, so my father and I could feel free to discuss things and really test the car. This friendliness and low pressure atmosphere really contributed to my feeling comfortable and respected as a consumer, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! The car I chose was the cleanest used car I had ever sat in- there was no smell, not even of cover-up smell, the seats were extremely clean, and it was clear that the car was well-taken-care-of. I can't really say enough good things about my experience!

I found myself in a bind and needed to obtain a new car within a few days. I was very nervous about the entire process. Tim Goodman was and is my sales consultant and walked me through the entire process with a lot of time and patience. He answered all of my questions,helped me get a good deal on my car, and made the whole experience a very good one. He also took a lot of time in setting all of the car's functions for me and teaching me all about it. Our sales person, Larry N, has always been helpful and pleasant to work with and the dealership has always been willing to work out the best deal for everyone involved. Just wanted to say what a fine experience I had buying my new 2013 Fit from Honda of Fishers. My salesperson, Ira M, did a great job making me comfortable and worked what I consider to be a pretty good deal for me. He also found a silver Fit for me at my request; all he had on his lot was black. Financing was easy and everyone I met at the dealership treated me well. I would recommend this dealership, and Ira, to my friends.

Rick at Honda of Fishers is awesome! He answered all of our questions but didnt pressure us at all and made a difficult decision as easy as it could be. We feel we got maximum value out of our trade-ins and received very fair purchase prices on the cars we wanted. Best of all, it only took about 10 minutes to do the paperwork! We highly recommend Rick as a salesperson at Honda of Fishers.
