Issac Key aka SparKey and Brian Garcia helped me get into a new 2022 Bronco Sport. I like it!! I was not planning on buying that day, I did! They got me a good APR for my loan. I test drove 2 and bought the second one. Pleasant experience. SparKey was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I do recommend see SparKey if you are looking for something on the Town & Country Ford lot.

Awesome!!!!

This the best and only place my husband and I will buy a vehicle from. David Sanners is our salesman and we have been super pleased with him. We have now bought 4 vehicles from and will continue to go to him every time. We would recommend Town & Country to everyone and especially David Sanners to them one. Came in for service they tried to get me to trade my car in

I came in for a service (service was great) but a sales person was at the desk. The sales person said he knew someone that just really wanted a car like mine would I trade it in (for something more expensive) I also have a new van at home and am recently widowed like 2 weeks ago. It was like a bait and switch. Luckily I looked but I have purchase vehicles from more ethical dealers before so when I explained that to the lady they sent in to dumb things down they thought I said hell no I have a graduate degree and common sense and own my own business. I was at least thankful they worked on my car but I will always give Ruxer ford my business. I also heard 2 other sales people cussing out another sales guy, I guess if you want to get swindled you might want to get a car here

BE CAREFUL

In 2016, I purchased a 2015 Honda Accord, which I found out afterward paid at least $3000 over what should have been charged. I agree that's my fault for not doing my research. Although, my complaint is, the chrome paint on the wheels started chipping off soon after purchase. In 2017, I contacted the sales person and the Service Manager with the complaint. I sent a letter and texts with the response they aren't responsible. They can re-paint them with me assuming the expense. I advice you to do lots of research before purchasing a vehicle here.

I highly would not recommend this place. Me and my husband went in with a budget and wanted to buy him a truck from here and to say the least we were disappointed. We were treated horribly by the salesman. We came in with a very reasonable budget and saw on their website that there were multiple vehicles in our price range. We were told that we wouldn’t find a vehicle in our price range and he continued to berate us. And then proceeded to show us multiple BRAND NEW trucks over $40,000. We tried telling him no thank you but he just wouldn’t let up and when I finally had enough and told him we were going to look elsewhere he proceeded to make rude comments and then said “you’ll be back. I will sell to you” very disappointed with the customer service.

We were lucky enough to have met Brett Stinson , a fabulous salesman that made our whole experience painless and pleasant! He worked hard to find us what we wanted and made it look easy! sales department great! service department horrible

Sales department great. But took new car into get serviced because steering wheel was off center. Didn't pull. Hour later said rear toe is out. Ok fix it. Said be $79. I said it's got 2500 miles on it. Yes we will take care of. Get it back 3 hours later. Steering wheel is at the 2 o'clock position not 12. Worse then before. Started pulling hard. Told them was worse and their tech couldn't have even drove my car. 3rd time they got manager drove car was straight. But once I drove down road pulled to the left bad. 3 half hours later. Still not fixed. Wasted 4 hours at dealership. I work nights. Was in rush get my kids and go to work. Asked for loaner to drive and they keep my car. Nope have reschedule again. At 9am week later. Saying it's a tire problem. How do you know it's a tire issue til you road force balanced it or rotate my tire's? Service department joke. I was a technician before at previous job and did alignments. I know when something is wrong. Horrible service. Once fixed I'll never use again.

Fantastic sales person LeRon Carter, fantastic service dept Jan, every one you come in contact with at this dealership is top notch. This is approx the eighth vehicle my husband and I have purchased from them over the last 30 years and their service and standards have steadily risen over the years. I have been going to Town and Country Ford in Evansville, IN for at least 8 years, and have never been let down. I have had 2 great sales guys (Chris P. and Luke) that make sure I get the vehicle I want and then some. My credit is not the best, but the guys there make sure they work with me for affordable payments on my vehicle of choice.

Go ANYWHERE else to buy

We bought a truck here a few weeks ago. Since then we have been told wait wait wait to pick it up. Finally we picked it up and then had to wait longer for accessories to be put on. When we signed all the paperwork, we were asked to give a check they would hold as we were waiting on an insurance payment before we could give them the money down. We were told they would hold it until we called to okay the transaction. I went to the store this morning before work and found out I had no money in my account. When I looked into this, they had cashed the check with no notice at all. I will never do business with these people again. They cannot be trusted on their word. I have bought 3 brand new vehicles prior to this at another dealership with no complaints or problems. Run to any other dealership ---- don't buy here.

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Called and spoke with Beverly and she was absolutely amazing and kind. The employees went beyond expectation and took my car in on short notice and replaced parts that I didn't even know were recalled. I walked away with a new TCM without having to pay for anything. They are more concerned about their customers than making them spend unnecessary money. I WILL be back even though it's an hour away from me.

Horrible T

Hello my name is Jessica Montpetit and my mother bought a Ford Fusion 2016 for me as a gift in September of 2016, from Town and Country Ford in Evansville Indiana. The paint on my automobile started to come off in May, so I took my car to the dealership on May 22, 2017 to be fixed. My job is in sales and I did inform the Service manager Carlos about this matter at this time, he informed me my vechile would be done that Thursday on the 25. I phoned Carlos on Wednesday the 24, and was informed that the Purchase Order was not even ready. At this point he was addimit that my car would be done the following week on Tuesday and I had to be back to Evansville at this day. So of course, I, again, followed the orders of the service department only to have driven 200 miles and taken a day off for no one to contact me and inform me that my vechile again was not ready. So when I called around 4:30 and spoke to a Beverly she then had PROMISED MY VECHILE WOULD BE DONE on Wednesday at 10:30am. I informed her I had to be in St.louis by no later then 3:00pm. Well guess what, no phone call, and at 11:30 am I left evansville and headed to work. At 5:00pm Mr. Carlos then called to inform me my car was ready. I informed him I was not in town and was in Missouri. We exchanged words and I told him I will talk to Mike Smith and just let him take care of this, since he is suppose to be a general manager. So on Thursday, Mr. Smith did call me and told me I had to have the rental car back to them. I explained to him that this was not going to be able to happen due to my work schedule and I had already missed a day and half of work and had done everything they had asked. He then told me that he would have someone drive my car to me and we could swop out cars and be on our way. This of course was not acceptable to me. I wanted to be able to see my vechile at the dealership and make sure it was ok and not take a chance that whomever was driving my car might cause any damage or damage the rental. He did not agree with this also. I then, again, rearranged my schedule and told him at some point I would be heading back to Louisville Kentucky were I live. Mr.smith then suggested we meet along the side of the highway ( at night time, with someone whom I didn't know) and exchange it then. I tried to speak with the owner 4 times and was denied, they never even offered me any compensation, nothing!! I told him I would be back Wednesday, and what was the difference, if your guy brings my car and it isn't up to my satisfaction your going to have to take it back anyway.. This dealership has been so rude and cost me a lot headaches and money. And to top it off have one of there employees slandering my name. I feel I am a victim of discrimination because I am a female! And I want something done!! They told me it would be best if I found another dealership to deal with!!! My mother bought a 35k car and too top it off, each oil change with tire rotation was also a joke They never rotated my tires once!! I had to take it back, because I always take pictures and mark my tires. So I am asking you for help! How can a dealership treat someone like this and talk to me like this!!! I have been an emotional wreck and sick now for 3 days, and about to lose my job. I am looking into hiring a lawyer and seeing how many more victims are out there. Looking forward to see if you will answer me..

I had the pleasure of dealing with Di Nicco Stith. I went in there with not a lot of confidence because I was so upside down on my trade in. Di Nicco stayed positive and motivated through my whole experience! I ended up walking out of there with a 2017 Ford Escape! Town and Country has gained a life long customer.

Fleet buyer

I have made four phone calls this week, one including the service manager. I have to leave a message every time. We have a fleet of vehicles purchased from this dealership. It has been four days since my first call to try and get one of our vehicles in for repair, and nobody has returned my calls! Very poor and shameful customer service for a company or an individual.
