My new car purchase experience.

I just purchased a 2019 GMC Yukon from Romain Buick GMC, in Evansville Indiana. My purchase experience was one of the best I’ve ever had buying a new vehicle. The sales team, Don Kipp and Richard Cruz, were professional in every step of the process. My past experiences with new car purchases have usually been long drawn out processes, but Don and Richard made it a refreshing, friendly and quick experience. All the Romain staff, that I have met, have been very professional and handled my needs with curtesy. Romain even offers free Starbucks coffee and cookies, nice customer perks.

Malcolm made buying a car fun. We got a great car, all the information about the car history and cookies while we waited for the final paperwork. Ive bought a lot of cars in my life but this time it was a great experience.
