This is only my second time buying a car from a dealer. Both Alyssa and Henry relieved my anxiety. I look forward to dealing with D Patrick again in the future.
Introduction to Ruby Red

A normal service turned into a wonderful event. I was given a loaner while they repaired a boot over the axle of my 2016 Edge. It was a 2017 Burgandy Edge. The evening after getting my car back I was thinking of the 2017. So I sent a text to Brandon, who I met when he brought up the loaner and told me about the fordpass app and assisted me in getting it set up for my phone. I then asked him if the loaner was available to purchase and what the price would be. He then put me contact with Alyssa P. She was wonderful in listening to our wants. Within approx. 24 hours she had introduced us to "Ruby Red", she is a 2019 Ford Edge. She has all the things I wanted and need except my daughter says it is defective since it doesn't have a CD Player. The complete transaction was smooth. Flynn did a great job at listening to my husbands concerns on the trade in amount and worked to get me my dream car. Then Kevin in finance (who had sold us the last two cars) did a great job at getting my husband out in time for his meeting. It should also be noted that the young man at the greeters desk was kind and helpful. I would see him helping people with the door, keeping the popcorn going and keep the drink counter cleaned. DPatrick Ford on Walnut is Evansville, is the best car dealer around. I have been using them for years for my car services and oil changes. Thank You Alyssa P.!

This was my second time buying from D-Pat. The second time was because the first time was so good. I am treated with respect and feel like I am listened to. My sales person found the toy I wanted and worked with me to make it happen. I honestly would not even consider going any other place.

From the moment of first contact, my wife and I were impressed. In the past we have experienced everything from being smothered to being ignored by the sales staff at numerous other dealerships. We were greeted, questioned and given room to think. We came in on a whim, D-Patrick had what we were looking for, and were impressed by Brandon Baker and how he handled our situation. A+++

I came to D Patrick after having had a terrible experience at another dealership. I knew D Patrick didn't have exactly what I was looking for but I thought they could order it. I walked in am asked for Fe. She quickly helped me and listened to my needs. Before long I was driving away in a better benevolent than the one I thought I needed. I had a slight issue with one of the doors and the service Dept fixed it immediately. I will never shop around again.

Big fan of Dpatrick, will always be my first stop when looking for a vehicle. My last three vehicles have come from Dpatrick. My most recent experience involved trading in my leased 2016 F150 and leasing a new 2018 F150. John McGraw was more than helpful during the entire process. His knowledge and patience while working with me during the process guaranteed that I drove off the lot more than satisfied with the new truck and deal.

Went in looking for an Explorer, looked at 2018's but the salesperson ( Mark ) suggested the 2017's due to rebates and incentives. We walked the entire row and named off all the ones I was interested in while he wrote them down. I ended up with my first choice and am very pleased with it. Overall he was very informative and pleasant to deal and answered all my questions and showed me all the numbers we were working with. The dealership itself is nice with some amenities in the waiting area along with a friendly staff. Will definitely consider them for future purchases!
