Fair Deal/Great Experience

Purchasing a new 2013 Toyota Avalon from Heart City Toyota was a surprisingly positive experience. My salesman, Eric, was well informed and knowledgeable of the newly released and redesigned Avalon. He gave me his undivided attention and was not "high pressure" to make a sale. His personal service was beyond my expectations. He volunteered to sync my smartphone to the Avalon's Bluetooth and actually made a house call to sync the Avalon's Homelink to the garage door opener...he did this after work on his way home! I was also pleasantly surprised that Heart City was willing to negotiate on the selling price as much as they did, given the new Avalon's recent release. I traded in my old car as part of the transaction and I feel that Heart City gave me a fair amount. Working with the finance manager was also a positive experience. Oh yes, the new Avalon is a great car!

Hart City was very straight forward on the numbers with my trade and gave me fair market value. They also discounted the new 2011 4Runner I purchased. They didn't have the car in stock I wanted so within 48hrs They had it. Unit was fully prepared for delivery and all paper work was in order by the F & I Manager. They have contacted me and followed up with me to make sure all was well. Kendall Berg ( Salesman ) was very knowledgeable. I love my 2011 4Runner. Toyota has really stepped forward on this one and so has Hart City.
